Preschool teachers ’ professional ethics are the fundamental principles, rules and standards in order to fulfill duties of teachers, meeting social needs and protect professional reputation. Preschool teachers ’ professional ethics have four characteristics:Firstly, the subject are preschool teachers. Secondly, it occurred mainly in the field of kindergarten. Thirdly, the educational and teaching activities as the carrier. Finally, deal with the relationship among teachers themselves, teachers and children, teachers and teachers, teachers and relationships between parents, teachers and leaders of values,rules and norms. This study suggests that ethical dilemmas is the kindergarten teachers in educational and teaching practice in kindergarten, child care center, in dealing with their own, children, colleagues, parents, leaders face on the relationship between several different, conflicting ethical values, be torn between the dilemma. Eventually two aspects: Firstly, the preschool teacher with ourselves, with others, his relationship,credentials now the ethics rules, in immoral consequences, the dilemma of choosing.Secondly, because of the choices difficult, teachers in professional practice, professional ethics of the inconsistencies of the understanding and concepts and their actual behavior.In other words, a "difficult" choice and "ethical values inconsistent with the behavior" is the meaning of preschool teachers ’ professional ethics.Study on teachers ’ professional ethics is of great positive significance. In theory, it can enrich the theory of teacher professional development, enrich teacher ethics,theories of ethical decision making process. In practice, it will enhance the quality of kindergarten teaching life, provides support for preschool teachers ’ ethical decision making, to preschool industry ethics provide the empirical data.This study is the position of teachers ’ professional ethics because the ethics rules,ethical situations and other factors will inevitably occur, but when the kindergarten teachers in ethical dilemmas of position, will make a sort of value, so child-this position is that the survival and development of children’s interests will always be sorted first.Child-first, always with children in mind, embodied in the children’s "happy" profit-oriented, to early childhood development, "value clear" orientation, loyalty to the early childhood development of "end to end concern" responsibility orientation.This study has some creativity. Firstly, ethics has become a hotpots for teachers,but not much for ethical dilemmas, for early childhood teachers ’ ethical dilemma is still blank. Secondly, concluding on the basis of previous studies, refines teachers ’professional ethics "three layers" of theoretical framework. The first level includes nursery school teachers, nursery teachers and others, child care teacher’s relationship with his three dimensions; The second level that 11 areas including professional decisions, its own values, leaders, parents, children, coworkers, allocation of resources,privacy, secrets, teaching activities, administrative orders, 11 areas of social ethics. The third level is mainly "interests", "loyalty", "responsibility" three perspectives.Based on the above understanding, the study tries to answer five questions:Firstly, what is the theoretical basis of teachers ’ professional ethics?Secondly, how to classify the category system of teachers ’ professional ethics and the ethical dilemma ?Thirdly, what kind of teachers professional ethics will teachers encounter ?Fourthly, what are the influence factors ?These issues is both a road map of this study and the purpose of the study.This framework is:Introduction: answers research background, research history, significance and value, the ideas and methods, and so on.Chapter one : preschool teachers ’ professional ethics explained. Answer what preschool teachers ’ professional ethical dilemma is, what are the characteristics of preschool teacher ethics, as well as teachers ’ professional ethics contain what kind of value standpoint?Chapter two: the theoretical basis of teachers ’ professional ethics. From valuable obligation ethics, ethics, virtue ethics the three leads the three viewpoints of teachers ’professional ethics: interest, loyalty and responsibility.Chapter three: summarizes previous research on preschool teachers ’ ethics presents itself on the basis of a three dimensional field of 11 three-point "three circle" System.Chapter four: the status quo of preschool teachers ’ professional ethics. Answer teachers ’ professional status encounter ethical dilemmas in practice what questionnaires,using standardized study based on grasp of the law, rendering issues and trends. And the kindergarten teachers ’ ethical dilemmas of the individual reports. Using interviews,based on situation understanding reveals the reality of how preschool teachers ’professional practice encountered ethical dilemmas and how to deal with ethical dilemmas.Chapter five: the analysis of factors affecting preschool teachers ’ professional ethics. From the reality of early childhood teachers, preschool itself and social organization and cultural aspects are analyzed.Chapter six: ethical dilemmas in direction of improvement of teachers ’professional practice. First of all from the horizontal values, loyalty, responsibility, the three point respond to the orientation of teachers ’ professional ethics improved.Followed from early childhood teachers, preschool, and social organization and cultural perspectives of "vertical" analysis of preschool teachers ’ ethical dilemmas in practice improvement paths.
