At the stage of popularization of higher education,the educational mode is changed from elite education to mass education,which vigorously promotes the diversity of higher education.In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on the cultivation of innovative talents,and the strengthening of enterprise education on the agenda,enterprise education curriculum is becoming the focus of higher education at all levels.Curriculum,the core of school education,is the carrier of teaching activities.Whether the curriculum is scientific and rational or not will directly affect the quality of college's innovative enterprise training.Therefore,to study the curriculum setting of enterprise education in colleges and universities is of great significance to highlight the characteristics of colleges and universities,improve the quality of education,serve the regional economic development,and cultivate applied talents.This paper by analyzing the background of the development of enterprise education in colleges and universities,aims to analyze the necessity and the principles of the establishment of enterprise education curriculum.This paper,performing a case study of eight ordinary undergraduate schools in Guangxi,firstly investigates the current situation and existing problems of enterprise education curriculum,and then presents some optimized countermeasures and suggestions on enterprise education curriculum setting in Guangxi colleges and universities.This study is divided into the following five parts:The first part mainly points out the problems,the research significance,and research methods by analyzing the related literatures,and some basic concepts.The second part through analyzing and summarizing the curriculum of enterprise education in the eight ordinary universities in Guangxi,probes into the existing problems,including the convergence course objective,the indiscriminating course contents,the unitary curriculum structure,the weakness of teaching staff and the lack of evaluation system.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the enterprise education curriculum of eight ordinary undergraduate colleges in Guangxi,including the influence of the individuality of the curriculum objectives,the effect of the course content theory,the influence of the light practice,the influence of the course structure,the weight of teachers is heavy and the quality of the impact of the level of knowledge: the concept of rigid.The fourth part presents some proposals on how to optimize the curriculum of enterprise education in Guangxi ordinary colleges and universities from the following two aspects.Improvement strategies: clear the curriculum objectives to meet the development needs,optimize the curriculum content featuring its own professional characteristics,perfect the curriculum structure with a diversified range and strengthen the teaching staff to enhance the quality of education.The security strategies included three aspects: colleges and universities,government and enterprise.From the aspect of colleges and universities,they should update the educational philosophy based on the regional economy,and integrate ethnic cultures to develop the teaching advantages.As to the government,the government should formulate regional policies to cultivate enterprise education environment,and strengthen supervision and guidance to improve the evaluation system.As far as the enterprise is concerned,the enterprise should provide economic security to build an education platform with colleges and universities,and strengthen industry-university cooperation to realize win-win benefits between enterprises and universities.Finally,this paper concludes all the findings of this study and points out some inadequate aspects.
