As the popularization of higher education in China, the proportion of female students in colleges and universities increasing yearly, The employment of female students has become a major problem and a common concern in both universities and community. In nowadays that the idea of to promote employment by enterprise is mostly advocated, more and more female college students choice to be an independent entrepreneurs, so the implement of entrepreneurship education for female college students in university is urgent.Many studies have shown that there are differences between male and female in the aspects of entrepreneurial, such as entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial field, and entrepreneurial process, However, entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities often neglect this gender differences , Study of a male entrepreneurial approach to the study of women entrepreneurs, the development of entrepreneurial business courses and the implementation of practical activities, leading to female students unable to adapt to the market economy requirements on the quality of entrepreneurial talent. Therefore, the explorations of sex enterprise education appear to be particularly urgent. In this paper, from the unique perspective of women, the author analyse the necessity and feasibility of under the specific social and economic environment; and on analysis of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial activity features, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of female college students to enterprise, the author tries to put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for entrepreneurial education. The full text is divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. The author analyses comprehensively the background, head and significance of the study, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the theoretical basis, the basic ideas and the main research methods.Part II: Status study. From the perspectives of the women, the author discusses the role of entrepreneurship education in the aspects of alleviating the pressure on the employment of female graduates, and building a socialist harmonious society, to adapt to the international trend of female entrepreneurship. The author also discusses feasibility of entrepreneurship education from four different aspects, such as the achievements of women entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial environment, industry development trends, and the implementation of the four credit system in colleges and universities.Part III: The Empirical Study. The author Provide realistic reference for the implementation of female college students entrepreneurship education. On the basis of investigation of entrepreneurship education status from the five universities 518 female college students in Wuhan City Hubei Province , The author focus on their attitude toward own entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial motivation, characteristics of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the entrepreneurial advantages and difficulties.Part IV: Countermeasures. The author put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for implement of entrepreneurship education in university.Part V: Conclusion. The author Summarizes the main conclusions of this study, and analysis the major problems and the direction for the next step.
