Health is one of the most basic and important factors in child's development,so the high quality games has the incomparable role in early childhood to promote healthy development of children.By adjusting the way of movement,the activity rules of the game,the scene mode,the background of the setting,the arrangement of organization and other factors,we can targeted to develop child's physical health,mental health and/or the social adaptation level.The early research mainly focused on the status of health,from the child's physical health of regional research to obesity,asthma,autism,spinal deformity,and impaired patients health intervention program.The scholars have formed a unified views of the sports games promote child's basic movement skills.The development of Child's basic motor skills also has been gradually focused by academic circles.The research perspectives not only from pure physical health,but also expended to children mental health and social adaptation level.And with the involvement of pedagogy,psychology,sociology and other multi-disciplinary,it has enriched theory about development of child's basic motor skills.Organic integration of the current single-disciplinary perspective of the basic skills on the impact of physical health theory to child,to further improve the health care system for child's research depth.Foreign child's education workers pointed out that in the case of child's sports games highly respected,the development of basic child's action in the practice of teaching advantage is not obvious,practice found that only the development of child's action is far from enough,In a limited time a lot of action concept,action form,action essentials and safety principles are young children can not build their own.4-5 years old is the basic period to development the basic skills of young children,young children in the process of learning and mastering the skills,the need for professional guidance and training in order to be able to develop a milestone in the skills to better grasp the access to Best potential.This study takes the functional sports game as the intervention means,takes the functional training theory as the important reference,integrates the multi-disciplinary and multi-level research results,according to the growth and development characteristics of the 4-5 year old children,the basic action development law,excavation,collation and optimization Movement mode,activity rules,scenario mode,background setting,organization and other game elements to promote the value of health promotion,to build child's functional game health promotion activities.It emphasizes the basic and level of influencing factors of basic driving skills of children,and focuses on the gradual and systematic design of functional sports game design.According to the principle of complete game chain,multi-joint,multi-dimension,multi-plane,Based on functional action training,to design and verify the basicexercise skills of functional sports games for children aged 4-5 "whether to promote the effect","how to promote the effect," and "why?" As a basis to explore the functional game activities on the 4-5 year old child's basic skills to promote the impact of the study,designed to meet the 4-5year-old child's basic skills development of functional game program.Thispaper mainly through the literature,experimental intervention,interviews,mathematical statistics for research and analysis.In the Nanning,Guangxi harmony school kindergarten to take two classes of GSM children(4-5 years old)for the study.One as the control class and another as the experimental class.Before the intervention,we firstly do the physical fitness test for the two classes,and make data records.After the test,the experimental class has three times a week of functional sports game intervention,and the control class is still using the traditional teaching mode of teaching.The Experimental class has personally intervene in young children by the task group members,three times a week,each time 45 minutes,for a period of 15 weeks.The first phase of intervention is from the first week to fifth week.And at the sixth week,we do the mid-term testing,the data T test,and functional game program analysis,modification and improvement.The second intervention is from the sixth week to the fourteenth week.At fifteenth week,we conducted the test according to the data analysis of functional sports games on the basic skills of young children to carry out organic integration.Conclusion:1.In functional game 1 to 5 weeks after the intervention,children's basic skills a bit more,but no significant change,6-14 weeks after the intervention,the ability of children's activity improves,a reverse layup 10 meters action coordination,can stop touch markers turned back,and can balance beam balance striding forward with open arms,feet jump takeoff and landing to connect properly,standing long jump can swing,a action suspension;ZuoWei Ti proneness is not help teachers together,and complete test straight legs shot in tennis throw far posture and leg movements to cooperate with each other,most of the children can complete the test project,using the basic action and obtain a stronger body control after the intervention,balance and coordination,before each test score increased significantly in the experiment.2.Functional sports game intervention can consolidate and cause the development of children's basic action,for young children's sensitivity and explosive force,speed,strength,quality,coordination,flexibility and balance.3.The functional sports games can promote the development of children's basic action,improving running,jumping,throwing,juggling,standing on one foot,and threw the ball over your head,swing,ride a small bike,run,jump,single feet across,flip the basic movements,such as can relatively coordinated control of their behavior by adjusting the movement way,the activity of functional sports game rules,scene mode,set,organization arrangement,can be targeted to develop children's physical health,mental health and/or the social adaptation level.
