Is edutainment just an educational ideal or indeed the implementation of the educational philosophy? Can "Game Teaching" in the field of junior high school education work?What kind of "Game teaching method" is needed in junior middle school geography class education?The first part is introduction. This paper expounds the research background and significance of this article, summarizes the present situation of the application of game teaching method in junior middle school geography classroom, and lists the innovation of the article.The second part is the game teaching method and junior middle school geography classroom teaching basic theory. On the basis of analysis of the concept of the game teaching methods, by comparing the psychological characteristics of junior high school students and junior middle school geography teaching basic goals, we believe that junior middle school students need Game teaching method to stimulate their passion, and interest and Junior middle school geography education is more suitable than other disciplines to use game teaching method.The third part is the meaning and current situation of the application of the game teaching method in junior middle school geography class. This paper mainly analyzes the positive significance of the application of game teaching method to junior middle school geography classroom to achieve the goal of education and teaching , and the basic situation of the application of game teaching method in the junior middle school geography classroom, such as the not in-depth study, weak together, ineffective and so on.The fourth part is the application and evaluation of the game teaching method in junior middle school geography class. Through the teaching practice of the author, it proves the positive effect of the game teaching method on improving the effect of junior middle school geography teaching and improving students' ability and quality, and provides important experimental evidence and reference experience for the popularization of game teaching method.The fifth part is the control and popularization of the game teaching method in the junior middle school geography classroom teaching. It proposed application methods and strategies to promote the game of teaching methods further, and provide guidance and advice for the game teaching methods advocates and practitioners.The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects: (1) to study the application of game teaching method in the perspective of geography teaching in junior middle school; (2) to adopt the experimental method to study the conclusion; (3) to pay attention to and put forward the game teaching methods.
