With the development of educational informatization, many educators gradually realize that the teachers' professional development is very important. In recent years,although significant achievements have been made in the teachers' educational training,but there are still some outstanding issues, such as less targeted, weaker supervision, etc.In order to solve the outstanding issues and achieve more efficient training effect,educators try to innovate the model of teachers' educational training depending on the network, encourage teachers to create cross-school community and make full use of "the teachers' workshop ".Encourage teachers to interact with each other with the help of grinding class and the thematic discussion activities in the teachers' workshop. Teachers want to promote the development of professional knowledge and skills by the behavior of knowledge sharing. The thematic discussion activities playing a very important role for the teachers' educational training, are able to promote development of teachers'professional skills. But the study of training model has just started, needing further study and specification. So, how to implement the thematic discussion activities? How about the activities effect? How to improve the follow-up thematic discussion activities?To solve these problems, the research based on "the National Training Plan 2015-demonstration network training and school-based research integrated training"project, design the process of activities. The application of thematic discussion activities in the teachers' workshop are analyzed from the objective and subjective aspects by using statistical analysis methods.The main content of this paper includes the following several aspects:Firstly, design the process of thematic discussion activities in the teachers'workshop. Analysis the factors of the thematic discussion activities, such as learning objectives, learning community, learning tools, rules of activities, division of tasks, based on activity theory and cognitive apprenticeship theory. From the macro level, design the model of teachers' workshop based on cognitive apprenticeship. From the micro level,standardize behavior for different teachers in the thematic discussion activities.Secondly, analysis teachers' knowledge construction and social interaction in the teachers' workshop. Collect the data of relation and content from the interaction between teachers in the teachers' workshop. Establish the relationship matrix and measure the basic attributes of social network and internal structure of group to explore the teachers'social interaction by using the Ucinet software.Thirdly,evaluate the effect of the thematic discussion activities in the teachers'workshop. Evaluate the effect of participating in the thematic discussion activities from four aspects, such as activity reaction layer, learning result, individual performance and organizational performance layer through the questionnaire survey.Suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of teachers' participation in the teachers' workshop by using the statistical analysis methods and combining with the results of data analysis about knowledge construction and social interaction.
