With the booming of “Internet +”,the teachers' workshop has become a hot topic in the field of teacher training with its potential advantages,and play an important role in promoting education reform.However,according to the survey literature research and practical observations,currently,the teachers' workshop exists some problems,such as teachers cannot effectively internalize experience which gain from teacher training,theory disengages practice,shallow-level activity.Therefore,let teachers actively participate training activities in the teachers' workshop,promote professional practice and reflection through professional guidance,develop practical knowledge that truly improves teaching behavior,becomes important part of improving the quality of workshops.This study takes the junior middle school biology workshop of Henan Normal University as an example,viewed from the characteristics of teachers' practical knowledge and the prominent advantage of the practical knowledge creation in the environment of the teachers' workshop,from experience accumulation and practical application level,builds the activity framework and strategy in the teachers' workshop based on teachers' practical knowledge creation,to solve the problems of weak practice in training activities,thereby,improve the teachers' workshop training quality,and improve teachers' satisfaction with the teachers' workshop training.The activity is based on the specific issues in the teaching of teachers,using resource learning,expert guidance,peer assistance as a means,make classroom teaching become part of the training,solving biology teacher's teaching puzzle through resource Learning and reflective practice,to develop biological teacher practical knowledge.After the implementation of the activity,evaluate the effect of participating teachers' activities throughquestionnaires,to test model validity.Survey data display: activities in the teachers' workshop based on teachers' practical knowledge creation get higher satisfaction,activities can effectively promote the development of teachers' practical knowledge and improve their professional competence.The study shows: To some extent,activities in the biology teachers' workshop based on teachers' practical knowledge creation can solve the problems facing workshops,improve the quality of training,develop training teachers' practical knowledge.
