In order to inherit national culture,promote the exchange of art education,stimulate the vitality of art teachers and enhance students' artistic accomplishment,the Ministry of Education has focused on the construction of art workshops in recent years.The workshop set up a platform for educational practice activities,in order to promote the development of art education,Nanning City has set up 8 primary and secondary art characteristic workshops.The workshop focuses on the local culture and intangible cultural heritage,integrates the fine arts resources of primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas,exerts the leading role of backbone teachers to pass,help and lead,promotes the teaching and research level of young teachers on the art of national characteristics,promotes the development of teachers in Nanning City,and improves the aesthetic level of students cultivate profound national feelings and enhance cultural confidence.This paper first analyzes the present situation of art workshop,expounds the significance of developing art workshop;analyzes the construction process of Nanning art characteristic workshop from two aspects: application and management,construction and project establishment;divides the art characteristic workshop of Nanning city into three categories: folk culture,painting and modern plastic arts according to the different content,enumerates the corresponding construction cases,analyzes its characteristics and advantages,summarizes the positive influence of the workshop on the school,teachers and students,verifies the necessity of art workshop construction,and summarizes the corresponding construction model.Through the field investigation and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the present situation of the art characteristic workshop in Nanning primary and secondary schools and the actual needs of the teachers in the workshop,compares the difference and connection between the classroom teaching and the workshop teaching,and analyzes the teaching practice and application of the art characteristic workshop.to provide theoretical guidance for the operation anddevelopment of.It is hoped that this study will enable more art teachers in primary and secondary schools to understand and recognize the operation mode of art characteristic workshops,constantly improve their artistic and cultural literacy,and explore the realization of professional development and student growth of art teachers in primary and secondary schools in Nanning.
