With the progress of the times and the popularity of information technology to the Internet, computer as the representative of the information technology has penetrated into all aspects of human life and social development. Whether it is human way of life,or learning methods are undergoing tremendous changes in human society into the information age. With the extensive application of information technology in the field of education, teaching information has become the core of the construction of educational information in colleges and universities, and its construction level has become an important index to measure the overall teaching quality, comprehensive ability and quality of colleges and universities.After more than 20 years of development,China's teaching information in colleges and universities in infrastructure,teaching resources,personnel training,standards and norms have made a series of results, but there are also a series of problems. Teaching information support environment is an important aspect of the development of teaching information. It is of great practical significance to carry out research on the supporting environment of teaching information to construct a good informationized teaching environment, optimize teaching effect, cultivate high quality talents and realize the modernization of education. At the same time, it will further enrich the theoretical research of teaching information in colleges and universities, and provide some theoretical basis for the construction of information environment.This paper will focus on the teaching information support environment in colleges and universities to study the construction of supporting environmental model, the use of the model to understand the status of teaching information support environment, and further put forward the corresponding optimization strategy recommendations.Specifically include the following aspects:First of all, this study through the literature research method to read a large number of relevant literature, from the overall grasp of college teaching information support environment profound connotation.Then, through the bibliometrics research,summarize the core elements that affect the construction of college teaching information support environment,on this basis to build the university teaching information support environment model. The model consists of infrastructure, digital teaching resources, digital teaching system, information teaching staff, security system, the five core elements. Infrastructure for the digital teaching resources and systems, information teaching staff to provide a solid hardware support,only to establish a sound infrastructure environment in order to develop teaching information. Digital teaching resources and systems are built on a complete infrastructure environment, while the use of infrastructure to develop their own at the same time, in turn, to optimize the infrastructure construction. Information teaching staff is the main body of the construction of teaching information, teachers and students to rational use of information technology environment to carry out information technology and teaching activities, work together to promote the process of teaching information. The guarantee system determines the construction content of the infrastructure, the construction of the teaching resources and the sharing mechanism, the content and frequency of the information training,the capital structure and so on,fundamentally protect the teaching information process.Then, the author chooses a university in central China,constructs its teaching information support environment index system based on the supporting environment model, and designs the related questionnaires to carry on the research, the analysis and the appraisal the development status of the teaching information support environment.Through the analysis, it is found that the level of infrastructure construction is high, but the maintenance and updating of the equipment is more difficult. The construction of the media resource management library has begun to take shape, but the resource sharing level is low. The digital teaching platform has developed rapidly, but its resource quality and The number of difficult to meet the teaching needs; information team construction is good, but the lack of information full-time staff; information technology training smoothly, but teachers and students to improve the information literacy; multiple network security measures gradually completed, but the lack of awareness of the relevant personnel; Construction investment gradually increased, but the proportion of capital structure imbalance.Finally, according to the problems found in the research and analysis, as well as the current situation of the development of educational information in China, to build a good teaching information environment as the starting point, put forward the corresponding optimization strategy. Such as the establishment of relevant institutions, unified procurement, maintenance, supervision and information technology equipment; build a unified application platform to improve the degree of resource sharing; unified norms and standards, integration of digital teaching resources; teachers and technical staff work together to improve the quality of teaching resources; The development of professional personnel, training mechanism; to create a good atmosphere of the information-based campus, to improve the awareness of teachers and students information; innovative information training content and form, and actively use the network teaching platform;the establishment of teacher development center for the professional development of teachers to provide support and services ; To establish a sound evaluation,incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers; to strengthen the school teachers and students information security education and skills training; optimize the capital structure, a reasonable division of funds.The innovation of this research is to build a good teaching information environment as the starting point, the establishment of the university teaching information support environment model. However, due to the limited ability of researchers, this study has achieved some results at the same time,there are some shortcomings. Mainly in the teaching information support environment model to be further refined and refined, for example,the impact of factors related to the model is not comprehensive,the relationship between the various elements is not perfect; research sampling to be further excavation and analysis, such as data statistics And analysis is more simple.
