The Construction Of Student Management Information Pattern Based On Business Process Reengineering In Yanshan University

Nowadays informationization is entering all areas of social life, conform to the tidal current, the student's management in college should also realizes the informationization rapidly. Student supervisory work in the university is the cornerstone that makes the university educational work carry on smoothly, the establishment informationization pattern of student management can improve the efficiency of student management, Realizes interactive communication between the student and the school as well as teachers, providing student with convenient and high-effect service.Yan Shan University as the country priority universities, Student scale expands unceasingly in recent years, and student supervisory work is arduous day by day. However, Yan Shan University still implemented the traditional student management mode at present, which is no longer fit the new situation, to meet student management needs. This requires that Yan Shan University should adopt the new, more efficient networks and informationize means in the student management. And build up a student management information model, which is not only adapt to the new situation of student management status, but also meet the operational needs in Yan Shan University. In this paper, we start from the connotation of the student management and the student management information, Firstly, we analyzed the present situation of students manage in Yan Shan University, and pointed out some problems in the student management. Secondly, we elaborated the necessity of building the student manages informationization pattern, and the prerequisite that to build the student manage informationization pattern. Thirdly, we introduced the revelation of student management process reengineering, and analysis the inadequacy of the original process as well as the improvement measures, based on the division of student management mode business , using the business process reengineering theory to established the student management mode that under the information platform. Then evaluate the expected effects to implementation of student management information mode; Finally, we argued that the safeguards of implementation student manage informationization in my school.
