University Teaching Management Informationization Research

As the world is approaching the information age, new scientific and technological revolution marked by informatization is developing rapidly. With the advantages of high technology of information age, informatization in higher institutions have greatly promoted of higher education as well as education idea, system, teaching management, teaching means and methodology.Facing the challenge of information age, education innovation must be carried out in higher institutions, especially in the fields of teaching and scientific research, it means that we must found a new and effective source integration model. The meaning of higher institutions teaching management innovation should be many dimensions in terms of model change, including the innovation of ideas, organization, human resources, and ways. Innovation should exist in not only decision-making, organization, control and harmonize but also management process such as plan, implement, check and summarize, moreover, in the object, ways and technology of management. It is necessary and possible to innovate in the eyes of every post and management object in higher institutions.Teaching management informatization in higher institutions has new characters and trend under the background of education informatization. With the help of bibliographic search and comparative analysis, this thesis studies the essence of education and education management informatization, points out the influence of informatization to teaching management in higher institutions, discusses the higher demands to the teaching management informatization in higher institutions. This thesis describes distinctive features of teaching management informatization such as openness, interactivity, collaboration, flexible, virtualization and man-centered, based on the description, this thesis analyses the problems of teaching management informatization in higher institutions such as management system is not smooth, software is weak, achievement and efficiency is not good, reveals the reasons such as petrification of education management, maladjustment of organization, poor level of information literacy, disharmony between ICT and teaching management. This thesis advances that we must innovate teaching management informatization in higher institutions, advances the new idea of building teaching management informatization, in order to improve teaching management informatization, we must build a standard system and a CIO mechanism, integrate existing teaching management informatization system, improve teaching management staff's information literacy level, build a new model of teaching management informatization. The thesis points out the effective acts of improving teaching management in information age are to innovate teaching management, reform and consummate convention teaching management mechanism, construct environment of teaching management informatization, improve teaching management staff's information literacy level.This thesis takes the teaching management informatization in Huganggang Normal University as background, links up the implementation process and actuality of teaching management informatization in higher institutions in China, based on the research of actuality, problems, innovation demands of teaching management informatization, conformity of ICT and modern teaching management, aims at the idea innovation of teaching management informatization, discusses the new routes of teaching management informatization.The innovations in the dissertation as bellow: based on the study of process and actuality of teaching management informatization, analyzed the problems and demands, build the new ideas of teaching management informatization in higher institutions, pointed out the principle of idea-oriented.
