Research On The Social Work Intervention Of College Students' Psychological Problems

College poor students is a typical and special group in colleges of the new era.It has been frequently reported recently through the Internet that the group harmed others,which indicates that there is something wrong with the management on these students.Those problems were not found out in time and intervened improperly.Considering its concept of “helping others to help ourselves” and its systematic approaches to the management of college students,especially for the intervention study on the psychological problems of college poor students,social work is extremely essential to be introduced here.Based on the questionnaire about the psychological problems and behaviors of poor college students,the intervention will be conducted with the guidance of social work theory,intervention approach and the cases,from the following two aspects: case work,group work and community work.To be specific,case work is done through interviewing.The face-to-face communication helps work out the intervention proposal.The psychological problems for those poor college students,growing up under complicated environment and suffering from severe emotion trauma,are characteristic of individualization and specialization,for which the case work intervention is selected.Group work is conducted mainly through launching group activities,applying psychological knowledge and holding psychological quality activities.For college poor students with similar family condition and growing up experience,their problems are featured with similarity.Among the colleges,the group work intervention is selected.Through the case exploration of intervention by classification,more specific approaches on intervention are put forward with the management and help to the psychological problems of college poor students.Meanwhile,combined with the the domestic successful cases,this paper tries to create and optimize the assistance system,integrate the resources both on and off campus for psychotherapy,build up a professional social work team in college and strengthen the leading role of government in the assistance system on the psychological help for college poor students.It also puts forward the suggestions on the operability about the social work intervention towards the psychological problems of college poor students,taking the assistance center of poor college students as the carrier,holding the concept of helping others to help ourselves,making full use of the therapy model of psychology and society,cognitive behavior,rational emotion,task center,crisis intervention,person center,family,interaction,organization and environment,behavior modification and etc so as to eliminate the psychological problems of the poor college students.
