Research Objectives: This study aimed to observe the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes such as heart rate(HR),blood lactate(BLA),blood ammonia(BA),blood urea(BUN),and urine protein(PRO),etc.in the middle-distance runners and ordinary college students during the incremental-load movement and in the recovery period. And analyze the correlation between the changes in the indicators, then evaluating effectiveness and feasibility of the above indicators in long-distance runners' training intensity and functional status monitoring, with a view to provide reference for scientific training and training monitoring in middle-distance running project.Research Methods: 10 male middle distance runners and 10 other male students who had not received special training in Shandong Sports Institute were selected randomly as the study subjects. The training group's age were 21.25 + 1.44 years old,height:176.88 ± 3.6cm,weight: 66.44 + 5.67 kg,training years: 4-8 years. The control group's age were 19.6 + 1.04 years old, height: + + 5.21 cm,weight: 68.50 + 6.22 kg,with no training experience.Firstly,in the process of incremental-load movement to exhaustion, the training group tried to complete the incremental load level six, while the control group tried to complete the incremental load five,so that the two groups were both in exhausted state.Secondly, the heart rate, blood lactic acid, blood ammonia, blood urea and urine protein of the two groups were recorded respectively before movement.Thirdly measuring the changes of blood pressure, blood lactate and blood ammonia immediately after the load movement and in 4th,7th,10 th,13rd,16 th and 19 th minutes during the recovery period respectively, and measuring the changes of blood urea and urine protein after 20 minutes,40 minutes and 4 hours.Through the analysis of the changes to explore the influence of movement on the above indicators and the correlation between the changes.Research results:(1)Incremental-load power such as bicycle exercise to exhaustion can make the heart rate of the subjects accelerate significantly, and their blood lactic acid, blood ammonia, blood urea, urine protein and other indicators were both increased significantly.(2)Peak heart rate of two groups appears in the last level of exercise load.Peak blood lactate appears in 4-10 minutes after movement, peak rate of ammonia which is lower than the blood lactate peak time appearing more concentrated in 7-13 minutes.Blood urea peak appears in about 40 minutes after exercise, and urinary protein peak appears in about 20 minutes after exercise. The above results suggest that tdifferent indicators of the peak time point can be used to monitor or prejudge the subject body's response to the exercise load intensity and the amount of exercise.(3)Compared with the normal group, the recovery rate of heart rate, blood lactic acid, blood ammonia, blood urea, urine protein and so on were significantly accelerated.(4)Among the different groups, the blood ammonia and heart rate in more than 120 W during exercise showed a significant difference(P <0.05).Blood lactate during exercise was greater than 150 W showing significant difference(P<0.01).The results suggest that the three indicators can be used to monitor the exercise intensity of middle and long distance runners. It can be used to evaluate the adequacy of sports load and how to evaluate the physical function, the degree of fatigue and the training level of the athletes.(5)The values of blood urea and urine protein between subjects in different groups changed significantly over a long period of time after the end of the incremental exercise exercise, suggesting that the two indicators were more likely to reflect the the response of the exercise load training volume and the body recovery after the movement.(6)There was a positive correlation between heart rate and blood lactic acid in both groups after and during sports load. The blood ammonia and heart rate in the two groups were significantly correlated with the increase of heart rate(P <0.01).During the recovery period, there was no significant correlation between blood ammonia and heart rate. There was significant correlation between blood lactic acid and blood ammonia in the two groups(P <0.01,P <0.05).There was obvious correlation between blood urea and urine protein in two groups of subjects in exercise with no load.Research Conclusion:(1)Compared with the normal group, the heart rate, blood ammonia, blood lactic acid, blood urea, urine protein and other indicators of the experienced middle-distance runners showed great differences and faster recovery in the incremental-load movement and recovery period,.(2)Through analyzing the change trend of heart rate, blood ammonia, blood lactic acid, blood urea and urinary protein in different time point in this experiment, the results of exercise load intensity assessment were evaluated,he three indexes of heart rate, blood ammonia, blood lactic acid is suitable for the evaluation of in middle and long distance runners in response to exercise intensity, while blood urea and urine protein were more suitable for assessing the response of athletes to exercise load.
