Childhood is the critical period of life development: children are the future of human social development. The development of child has always been a topic of common concern around the world. In 2011, China promulgated and implemented the"China Children's Development Program (2011-2020)", which states that "adhere to the principle of children's priority, improve the overall quality of children and promote the healthy development of children". Influenced by our traditional culture, China's education model is different from abroad. In the development of children's education,China focus on children's cognitive development, foreign are more emphasis on children's personality, social needs and other aspects of training.Children's outdoor play activities are children education's important implementation and means ,also are important ways of children's perception, personality development and social interaction .Family is the basic place for children to learn, parents are the first teachers of children, Parents' social behavior and personality traits about the knowledge,survival skills, language norms, ethics, gender roles, values, etc. they have learned and mastered in a particular social and cultural environment have a direct decision-making effect on children's outdoor play participation.From the perspective of children's outdoor play activities, this paper based on the theory of 'knowledge, faith and practice",combines quantitative and qualitative research methods, uses literature data, qualitative comparison case study,Questionnaire survey,field observation, interviews and other methods to analyze the study of parental socialization theory's knowledge, faith and practice of children's outdoor play participation, to provide more examples for parents and child educators and to further improve their raising awareness, so as to learn from each other in life and work, to provide children with a scientific and rational life, education environment. The conclusions are as follows:1?The interview found that father and mother' rearing attitude, behavior to their child is significantly different, more often father's ideas and consideration is more long-term,positive than mother, and father influence on a child's education generally greater than mother.2?Parents' outdoor play knowledge has a positive impact on parental beliefs and behavioral input, the more Parents master knowledge of outdoor play,the more their own and children's outdoor play opportunities to participate are. Children's outdoor game knowledge has a positive impact on children's beliefs and outdoor game behavior,revealing that mastering more outdoor play knowledge is better for their own outdoor play beliefs and behavior.3?Parents' beliefs are positively related to children's beliefs, and are negatively correlated with parents' behavioral input and children's outdoor game behavior, which is related to parents' focus on children's beliefs.4?Parents' behavior is positively related to children's beliefs and children's outdoor game behavior. That is, parents' reasonable behavior is benefit for children's awareness and behavior performance ofparticipation in outdoor play.
