With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the number of college graduates has been rising year by year, the employment of college students has become the focus of the whole society. In this situation, it is very important and meaningful to encourage and support the unemployed graduates to join employment probation, which is of great significance to guide the graduates to choose jobs scientifically and reasonably. At the same time,this work has important practical significance and far-reaching political significance for maintaining social harmony and stability,alleviating poverty, reducing unemployment, helping college students to realize the value of life.At present, after several years development, the employment probation management of college graduates in Hubei has been in a mature stage,it has norms management,multiple measures, and remarkable results. But there is still some problems, such as the trend is slowing,the development is not balanced,the internal management system is not perfect, the management model is out-of-date, the importance of employment probation is not fully realized. there are many reasons for these problems, the concept of understanding is not in place, research is not enough, innovation should be strengthened,the long-term mechanism should be improved, these problems make the employment probation can't satisfy the demand of unemployed college graduates, to some extent,restricted the further development of the employment probation of college graduates in Hubei.On the basis of the thorough investigation and analysis on the employment probation situation of college graduates in Hubei, this topic uses Maslow's demand theory, competition theory and new public service theory to analyze the problems and reasons,point out some challenges faced in the employment probation management, and put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.Say concretely, this thesis can be divided into five parts.The first part, it expounds the background and significance of the topic, the present research situation, the object of study and the research methods.The second part, it expounds the related concepts and the theory on employment probation of college graduates, to provide theoretical basis and support for the actual research below.The third part, takes the employment probation situation of college graduates in Hubei province as the research object,it discusses probation policy, management objectives and measures method thoroughly,summarizes the achievement,analyzes some problems existing in the employment probation management of college graduates in Hubei.The fourth part, considering the concept, management mechanism, policy formulation etc,it analyzes the reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates in Hubei province.The fifth part, aiming at the problems found and reasons, using the theoretical basis,learning from foreign advanced mode, it gives some operational countermeasures and suggestions such as to strengthen service,improve mechanism, explore the new management mode and publish supporting policies from the point of view of government.
