Research On Campus Culture Construction Of New Campus From The Perspective Of Local High Level Universities

Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,the state has vigorously carried out the strategy of "innovation-driven" and "rejuvenating the country through science and education" to promote the development of colleges and universities.Local high-level universities attach great importance to the construction of campus culture in new campuses in order to seize development opportunities,improve the level of running schools and achieve high-quality development.In this paper,from the perspective of "local high-level universities",we analyze the connotation of campus cultural of Zhejiang University of Technology,the regional characteristics and industrial characteristics of Deqing County,and according to the functional orientation and special provisions of Deqing Campus,we provide strategies for the construction of campus culture in Deqing Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology.The article is divided into five chapters.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter summarizes the research background of this paper and the related research results of previous scholars on "local high-level universities" and "new campus culture".The second chapter clarifies the connotation of local high-level universities and campus culture,and discusses the relationship between them.That is,the construction of campus culture is an important part of the construction of local high-level universities,and the development of local high-level universities provides internal impetus for the construction of campus culture.The third chapter introduces the current situation of the construction of campus culture in New University campuses,and summarizes the basic ideas and ways of its construction.Then it briefly introduces the present situation of campus culture construction in Pingfeng Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology,and summarizes its relevant experience as a new campus for campus culture construction.The fourth chapter discusses the functional orientation of the three campuses of Zhejiang University of Technology,and defines the functional orientation of the "Silicon Valley in Northern Zhejiang" of Deqing Campus,which is "based on northern Zhejiang,serving Zhejiang and radiating the Yangtze River Delta".On this basis,this paper analyses the three special provisions of the construction of Deqing Campus,namely "green","service" and "excellence".The fifth Chapter based on the three special provisions,puts forward four basic construction strategies from various angles.First,Deqing Campus' s Inheritance and Development of Campus Culture of Zhejiang University of Technology.Secondly,combine Deqing regional culture with campus culture of Zhejiang University of Technology.Thirdly,combine the industrial characteristics of Deqing with the characteristics of Zhejiang University of Technology.Fourth,the implementation of environmental protection concept in the construction of campus culture in Deqing Campus.
