A Study On The Construction Of Campus Culture In Local Applied Colleges And Universities

Campus culture has a subtle influence on students and it is an important medium for the cultivation of talents.The cultivation goal of applied undergraduate universities is different from other universities.It is of great significance to cultivate applied talents and develop schools to do well in campus culture construction.The local applied undergraduate colleges and universities are mostly new ones.Due to the limitations of their historical accumulation,orientation,basic conditions and educational management process,there are some deviations in the construction of campus culture.This paper takes HF College as a case study,looks up a large number of documents,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the spot.It describes the present situation of campus culture construction from the material,institutional and spiritual aspects of the school.And try to analyze the problems in the process of campus culture construction,and put forward suggestions to solve the problems.The suggestions made by this article are : to improve campus building facilities,to highlight its own characteristics,to renew cultural facilities,to create high quality environment for educating people,to strengthen the construction of management system,to participate in the revision of the system,and to show the humanistic spirit.In order to create a practical platform for talents and balance the characteristic campus culture of academic and applied talents cultivation,it is necessary in spirit to make clear the idea of running a school,to highlight the characteristics of cultural construction in applied colleges and universities,and to create a good school spirit and style of study.Cultural activities in various forms play a role of infiltrating culture to students,realizing the characteristics and brand of campus culture in local applied colleges and universities,and achieving the purpose of serving local and social economy.
