One of the main goals of education is to help students become more effecti ve problem solvers, and then they can generate useful solutions to effectively sol ve the problem. With the advent of the digital age, information technology discip lines teaching are facing some new challenges and how to improve students' prob lem-solving ability becomes the key to design information technology classroom.As one of the effective strategies to improve students' ability of problem - solvin g, project - based learning has attracted many scholars9 attention, but how to imp lement to achieve the desired teaching effect is worth to be studied.This study first analyses and summarizes the relevant theories and empirical researches of the PBL and problem-solving at home and abroad through the litera ture research method. Combining with the teaching practice of IT course in S hig h school, the shortages of traditional teaching are pointed out. On the basis of D BR, the practical research is divided into two parts. In the first part, I implement ed the PBL teaching mode in IT course of S High School, carried out classroom observation and questionnaire survey combining with the characteristics of IT co urse, and summarized the problems existing in the teaching to improve, and then I constructed a teaching strategy framework to promote students' problem solvin g. The second part is the implementation of the strategy system; I used the meth ods of quasi-experimental research, classroom observation and questionnaires to tr y to verify the effectiveness of the strategy in practice. Finally, I once again imp rove the teaching strategy, and the strategy system is formed based on the PBL t o promote students to effectively solve problems, in order to be able to have a p ositive impact on teaching practice of high school IT classroom and improve the students' problem-solving ability.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. It is mainly about the elaboration of the research background, the research status, the research significance, the research purpose, the research process and methods. The second part is mainly about the elaboration of the relevant concepts and theoreti cal basis. The third part is the investigation of IT course in S high school based on the PBL and the analysis of the teaching result to summarize the problems e xisting in the teaching. The fourth part is according to the result of investigation and teaching to put forward some countermeasures that can improve student's pr oblem-solving ability, construct a teaching strategy system to promote students, ab ility to solve problems, and adopt quasi experimental research method to verify t he effectiveness of the strategy. The fifth part is the construction of the strategy system to promote students to effectively solve the problem in PBL. The sixth p art is the conclusion and prospect of the research.At the end of this study, the shortages of the research process are sorts out.Firstly, there are many reasons such as some intelligence factors, non-intelligence factors and so on which affect students' problem-solving ability, but in this stud y, the control variables can't relate to all of the interference variables. Secondly,the experimental site and cycle have limitations.
