| A major problem of country’s basic education is the unbalanced development between urban education and rural education,the lack of rural teachers and the imperfect national curriculum are problems needed to be solved.The dedicated class of xian’an is opened to solve the problem of unbalanced education and it has achieved some success.After a field investigation,the author finds out some problems of teaching interaction in the classroom,leading to the unsatisfactory effects of the interactive teaching.This study makes Fushan primary and middle school and Xingxing teaching points as the object and analyses the situation and the existing problems of the interaction teaching.Basing on FLAS and ITIAS,and according to the characteristics of the dedicated class,the author designed the behavior code table of the teaching interaction and analyzed the videos of the class.From teaching interaction,analyzing the ratio of the teachers’ speaking and students’,studying the interactive behavior in the classroom,and finding out the major problems in the interactive teaching.Finally,the author putted forward the strategies to solve the problems and improve the effects of the dedicated class.This paper includes five chapters:The first chapter:introduction.This chapter systematically discusses the research background,purpose,content,ideas,methods and the research status in the world.The second chapter:the analysis of the teaching mode in the dedicated class.Firstly,this chapter introduces the teaching environment of the teaching mode of the dedicated class,including the elements in the classroom and communicative features between teachers-to-teachers,teachers-to-students,students-to-students.Finally,this chaptercompares the dedicated class with the synchronous classroom and analyzes the teaching characteristics.The third chapter:the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the teaching interaction.According to the teaching modes and characteristics in the dedicated class,and basing on FIAS and ITIAS,the author designed the coding table of the interacting behavior in the classroom.Making as the object the connection of Fushan primary and middle school to Daping primary school and Xingxing teaching points,the author collected the classroom videos of music,English and painting,counting and coding these videos according to the teaching process.Finally,the author pointed out the problems in the teaching interaction by analyzing the statistics and communicating with the teachers.The fourth chapter:aiming at the problems existing in the dedicated class,the author proposes suggestions for improvement and strategies for optimization,and selects a piece of delivery class to do trials,including the process and the effects of the optimized strategies.The fifth chapter:summery and reflection.Firstly,the author summarized the results of the research.Secondly,because of the initial development of the dedicated class,this research is still inadequate.Finally,there are further explorations of the research because of it’s shortcoming. |
