With the development of Internet technology,education informatization was highly valued.Much attention has been paid to the balanced development of rural compulsory education through online education,of which the dedicated class is one of the main ways for rural disadvantageous schools.Due to the increasingly important role in improving rural classroom level and teaching quality,this paper focus on the theme of teaching strategies of dedicated classes.First of all,with the aid of relevant literature,the national policy documents,the current situation of network teaching in rural weak schools,the research status of dedicated classes and teaching strategies were all reviewed in this paper.Based upon the online classroom using network live teaching platform of Tianzhu County,this paper analyzes the teaching features,educational structure,student characteristics and the traits of dedicated classes referring to related bibliographies.Besides,this paper examines the status quo of dedicated class implementation.For one thing,questionnaires were carried out to acquaint the basic situation of dedicated classes.For another,according to the traits of dedicated classes,S-T Teaching Analysis Method and Focuing Problem Analysis Method were selected for specific classroom observation method.S-T teaching analysis method is to analyze the teaching pattern of recorded classroom by S-T Curve Graph and Rt-Ch Graph.By contract,focusing problem analysis method requires researchers to enter the teaching scene in order to study the lecturers' questioning behaviors and the target students' non-investment behaviors.From the above analysis could this paper elaborate problems in dedicated classes.Thirdly,instructional strategies of dedicated classes were put forward.Conducted from two dimensions,the technical analysis and the problem focus,this paper deeply digs into the problems existing in dedicated classes by classroom observations,then accordingly proposing some tactics about lesson preparations,teaching practices and teaching reflections.Finally,this paper analyzes the implementation and effects of dedicated classes.Taking X School District in Tianzhu County as a practical case,the author actively participates in the whole teaching process of lecturers and assistance teachers,making instructional strategies into practice concretely and verifying the effectiveness of dedicated classes.The results show that dedicated classes make positive contributions to teaching activities because some problems found in the early dedicated classes could be basically made up.At the same time,the author perfects instructional strategies of dedicated classes,presents flexible choices strategies,teachers' organizational and administrative strategies,teachers' incentive strategy and teacher training strategy.
