| Nowadays,the pursuit of creativity and knowledge reserves is becoming more pronounced in high-tech enterprises, and the new economy derives a new main form--knowledge-based work.Knowledge workers have become an indispensable group in the enterprise.Different from the traditional concepts, there have been more and more professional women due to the continuous improvement of their education level .As a growing social groups in the market economy, although they enjoy the unprecedented opportunities,they face with unpredictable physical and mental stress at the same time.Most of the women who enter the workplace need to play the "dual role" of family and occupation, and in the face of "double expectation",which constitutes a "double pressure".How to find the balance within the most important areas of the intellectual women’s personal life, effectively dealing with the relationship between work and family,has become an important test of female intellectual in the current high-tech enterprise.This study focuses on the case study and questionnaire survey of high-tech enterprise knowledge women, and examines the impact on the work family balance from four dimensions: individual characteristics, working background, family structure and social network.Through analyzing the interviews,and using statistical software to analyze the effective datas.Combined with the status quo of professional career development of knowledge women,analyzing the actions of the knowledge female to make balance between work and family.Studies have shown that high-tech enterprise knowledge women can take some strategic action to find a balance between the relationships of work and family when there is a conflict.Individual structures, working background, family structure and social network are the important factors influencing the balance between work and family,and the influence of working background and family structure is especially significant.Finally,based on the social capital theory model, this paper analyzes the empirical results,validates the research hypothesis, puts forward the strategies of improving the self-efficacy and allocates resources and so on,which can better develop and stimulate high-tech enterprise knowledge women, and promote their personal development and maintain the benign operation of society. |
