In the new economy era which knowledge economy is the oriented factor, knowledge capital is gradually rising to the status of strategic resources, and gets organized and personal attention. In a win-win business and personal ideas win support among the people, in the knowledge employees bring to the enterprise benefits at the same time, more and more attention to their occupation growth. The early occupation as lay the foundation for development during the period of occupation, the major issues facing knowledge women is how to choose family and career, how to unify work with family. Career growth and work family field though each of them is paying more and more attention, but there are very few structural relations with mining both and to solve the realistic question. This study explores the work family balance of structural effect career growth, of knowledge female employees to balance work and family life, better occupation growth, has the breakthrough in theory and the direct application value.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign research achievements in the work family balance and career growth field, summarized related definition, connotation, and principle. Under the premise of checking literature, construct the research model, research design dimensions of work family balance and structural effect of it and the occupation growth. This paper exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, item analysis, reliability test, validity test to revise the work family balance scale by AMOS and SPSS, and then through the SPSS of descriptive statistical analysis, reliability test, validity test, and canonical correlation analysis, to excavate the depth of career growth mechanism of occupation initial knowledge female in different marital status and different age periods,The main research conclusions are that:(1) the progress of value identity and career target has great influence, the sharing of resources the main effect is pay increase, and the role of fit has more help to the promotion;(2) the situation of marriage and age period, structural change affects the work family balance to the career growth.Finally, this paper summarizes the research conclusion and analysis, then point out the management practice of enlightenment, prospects the research limitations and future research.
