The rapid development of industrialization and information, and the tremendous changes of career expectations and people’s value orientation, make the modern staffs work-family relationship difficult to coordinate. Because female employees need to play work and family roles, they suffer more serious work-family conflict. The intensification of work-family conflict directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. In-depth understanding the work-family conflict which knowledge workers have felt and implementing effective management become an important responsibility and major issue of today’s managers.As early as the1970s, foreign researchers have begun to work family conflict in-depth discussion, and achieve fruitful results. The current study of this issue is still in its infancy, and enterprise knowledge-based female employees’work-family conflict rarely involved. The study selection this new subject and explore the work-family conflict influence factors and balanced strategy from human resource management perspective. The study is divided into three steps:First, on the basis of reading a lot of literature at home and abroad, the study explores the status of the work-family conflict in-depth from a theoretical point of view. Second, after finishing maturity scales at home and abroad, study mainly conducted a questionnaire survey to enterprise knowledge-based female workers in Hebei Province. The study from three dimensions of individual characteristics, job characteristics and family characteristics examines the impact of work-family conflict, and conducts empirical analysis using statistical software. Third, the study combined with China’s cultural background, proposes targeted balancing strategy contrary to the actual situation and theoretical basis.Empirical analysis shows that enterprise knowledge-based female employees generally feel serious work-family conflict. Individual characteristics, job characteristics and family characteristics are important factors affecting the work-family conflict. The study points out management measures based on empirical results and mature theory. We hope the study can provide new ideas for human resources management in better developing and encouraging enterprises knowledge-based female employees and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
