"The Ministry of Education makes great efforts to strengthen the teachers' training of primary and secondary school"(Teacher's(2011)No.1),points out that the training of primary and secondary school teachers cannot be a formality,and should focus on the content and the effect of training,in which emphasizes on "the problem-centered and with the case as a carrier".At the same time,it holds that for different levels and different teaching skills of teachers,we should put forward different development goals and requirements.So this study introduces the mind mapping in the training of primary school teachers,which can promote the teaching level of primary teachers by designing and implementing the training plan of mind mapping.This paper researches the present situation of the teaching ability training of primary school teachers in Yinchuan through the methods of literature research,investigation and action research,and so on.At the same time,according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education on the training of primary and secondary school teachers,the program designs and practices.Based on the ADDIE model and by analyzing the basic contents of adult learning,the contents of training,learners,training objectives and training environment,this paper puts forward three training modules,namely,mind mapping theory and hand-painted training program,the usage of mind mapping software(Mind Manager)training programs,as well as the integrating mind mapping and disciplines training program design.Through the practice research shows that the program is effective for the training of primary school teachers.Through the participation of the basic theory of mind mapping and hand-painted training,software training and discipline integration training,the following obvious effects are shown:(1)to enhance the teaching design of interest,and to improve the teaching efficiency of teachers;(2)to increase the teaching diversity in classroom and after school;(3)to enhance the teaching ability of teachers towards mind mapping;(4)to update the teaching concepts and teaching methods of teachers,by using mind mapping,which can re-design the teaching activities to optimize teaching and learning.There are also two shortcomings in this study:(1)Because of the limited number of experiments,there is no guarantee of the effectiveness of other trainings;(2)There is no specific list of articles and the specific types of courses and knowledge about suitable applications for the use of mind mapping in teaching and learning.
