Ideological and political education environment is constantly changing,so the educator who engage with ideological and political education is urgent need to jump out of the limitation that emphasis on the study of ideological and political education’s theory and practical problems,summarizing the experiences and lessons from the ideological and political education work before,creating new forms、new content and new ways to solve new problems.When we set our sights on Jiangxi Communist Labor University(JCLU),we found that it not only faced with material shortage,shortage of funds,teachers and students doubts and other practical problems,but also bear the pressure of public opinion,effective ideological and political education plays a decisive role in the establishment and development of JCLU.Based on the existing problems in the current ideological and political education,this paper uses the method of case analysis to analyze the ideological and political education origin,content and how to carry out.At the same time,make a dialectical and historical analysis.On this basis,sum up the successful experience of the ideological and political education,then identify and absorb.Aiming at providing some reference to improve the current ideological and political education.On the reasons of JCLU ’s ideological and political education,this paper focuses on the study of internal and external problems caused by the principle of work-study and the way of distribution.The internal worries is the school teachers and students’ doubt and the taunt and questioned from others.In addition,the traditional view of labor is big obstacles for the establishment and development of JCLU.In order to eliminate internal and external problems and the the impact of traditional concept of labor,JCLU carry out ideological and political education,under the guidance of the all-around development of people education.As to the JCLU ideological and political education’s specific content and how to carry out.This article mainly uses the method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,trying to restore the original appearance of JCLU ’s ideological and political education.Summarize and analyze the materials that have been mastered,we can see that in view of the previously mentioned problems,JCLU has carried out the ideal and belief education,the labor view education and the unique agricultural education and future education.The validity of ideological and political education not only depends on the content of targeted but also the choice of methods.Combined with the content of ideological and political education,JCLU used a variety of educational methods such as labor training,model demonstration,the debate on running schools and theory with practice,in order to eliminate pressure of public opinion JCLU combined inside school with outside,so that schools,families,social integration are combined,mobilized all positive factors.All the coins have two sides.JCLU ’s ideological and political education also exist problems such as one-sided understanding of the work-study,red debates instead of depth and detailed ideological and political education.Although there are defects,but the essence is more than dross.In terms to practical enlightenment,from the standpoint of reference,combined with the current problems in ideological and political education,such as the ideal of pluralism,the single teaching methods,extra-curricular separation of classes,the paper put forward the following reference:First,take ideals and beliefs as the core,strengthen ideological and political education;Second,integration of resources to ensure the effectiveness of ideological and political education;Third,enrich the way to improve the ideological and political education ’s innovation;Fourth,based on reality,strengthen the ideological and political education’s targeted.
