Enlightenment On Current Ideological And Political Education Of Our University By Gagné's Thought Of Education

The education thought given by Gagne is a good model of combination of psychology and school education, his learning theory, instruction theory and teaching design which are put forward on the basis of learning theory provide direction for school education and teaching avtivities.Combining the situation of Chinese thought political education, Gagne's basic idea is elaborated, new annotation is made on diathesis view of Chinese overall development, education view of advancing gradually in due order, teaching view of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, interactive view of teaching benefits teachers as well as students from a few aspects including learning outcome classification theory, learning hierarchy theory, learning condition theory, learning process theory. On the basis of Gagne's instruction theory, new requests are put forward on teaching principle, teaching target ,content of course, teaching method and role position of teachers and the students of thought political education of Chinese colleges.
