Non-continuous text is a text form of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) reading literacy assessment, which is sponsored by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). China's "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard (2011 edition) "quoted the term. Unlike the traditional continuous text composed of sentence groups, the non-continuous text doesn' t use sentence as the smallest unit but use various forms, such as list, tabulation icon, directory, and so on. The new course standard increases the non-continuous text reading requirement in the Chinese reading teaching, on one hand is affected by the international education, conform to the trend of the times to improve the students' Chinese core literacy and social viability; on the other hand is to improve the content of Chinese course, breaking the pattern that continuous text reading dominates the world. After the introduction of the new curriculum standard, the study of non-continuous text has been continuing, and some achievements have been made, but there are still some shortcomings. On the basis of summarizing previous studies, this paper draws on the framework of PISA reading and is ready to research from the following aspects:In the first chapter, according to the tradition of Chinese teaching, the concept of non-continuous text is explained first, and the various forms and characteristics of non-continue texts are summarized, and the teaching value of non-continue texts is discussed. In the second chapter, mainly from the textbooks, teaching, evaluation and other dimensions to investigate and figure out how the non-continue texts is conducted in the fifth grade to ninth grade of Chinese teaching in compulsory education. Through the analysis and investigation of textbooks , the conclusion is drawn that the number of noun-continuous texts in the teaching material is small ,the type is quite single and the distribution is concentrated. After figure out the use of non-continuous text among teachers and students by questionnaires and interviews, it is found that the understand of concept of non-continuous text is not enough, the degree of integration of non-continuous text and Chinese teaching activities is not enough. Finally, through the statistics of the type and the score and the number of non-continuous text in Chinese test questions, we found that the current non-continuous text teaching evaluation is relatively simple. In the third chapter, according to the survey results of the present development and use situation of non-continuous text ,to analyze the reason. Mainly from the aspects of the Chinese teaching value in the non-continuous text, textbooks, teaching, evaluation and other aspects. The fourth chapter puts forward the strategies and methods of improving the teaching of non-continuous text. From the aspect of curriculum value, it is necessary to deepen the understanding of the value of non-continuous text Chinese teaching and learn to use non-continuous text to improve students' Chinese core literacy. From the textbooks,it can enrich the type of non-continuous selection in the textbooks and learn to use them to flexibly arrange teaching materials, strengthen the integration between the textbooks. From the teachers, improve the research awareness and teaching ability on non-continuous text is necessary. From the students, to increase the intensity of reading and training in non - continuous text is of great value. Finally, a set of non-test non-continuous text reading evaluation program is established, trying to innovate from the evaluation content, the valuation subject, the evaluation standard and the evaluation tool, highlight the characteristics of non - continuous text evaluation.
