The Research Of The Evolution Of The Policy Of China's Competitive Sports Since The Founding Of New China

The first modern Olympic Games held in Athens in 1894, with the development of the Olympic movement, human civilization has got unprecedented development, and economy ,culture, science technology also obtained the further ascension.Resulting in this,modem concept of people's lives more earthshaking changes have taken place and competitive sports in People's Daily life play an increasingly critical role.Since the founding of our country has always attached great importance to the sports policy supporting and leading of competitive sports.As a result of the policy research more bits and pieces, and time span is large,not enough in-depth study.Through analysis to discuss on competition policy in our country since the new China, to explore the logic and law of the development of competitive sports in China plays an important role.To explore the improvement of the policy of competitive sports development lays the foundation.In this paper, using the literature material method, mathematical statistics method and history method,the new China since the policy of athletics sports of our country are summarized, and based on this to make corresponding changes in the number of, content classification, the schematic diagram of the subject of policy-making.Through the above research shows that:1 According to the change of the sports policies in China, the development of our country competitive sports policy is divided into four stages, and sums up the characteristics of each stage of competitive sports policy.2 Through the policy of competitive sports quantity variety since the new China diagram analysis, summarizes the whole stage of the up and down, and the variety characteristics of competitive sports policy number: intermittent, continuity and instability.3 Through dimension of competitive sports policies since the new China content were analyzed, and the policy of competitive sports exit the characteristics of paying much attention to the development of sports teams, management and training.There are cultural education and medical supervision are not valued and job placement of retired athletes.4 Based on the analysis of the new China since the policy the main body of competitive sports: competitive sports policy is given priority to the state general administration of sports , other auxiliary policy co-ordination committee department always architecture, and found the shortage.5 With a review of the above policy of competitive sports, we can summarize the characteristics of the evolution of competitive sports policy since new China. The way of policy evolution of competitive sports for gradual debugging, policy reflecting The Times, complying with social development and evolution of policies around the theme of the reserve talented person.6 The deficiency existing in athletic sports policy: democratic participation in policy making process of competitive sports is not enough, the policy execution and policy monitoring and evaluation of the strength of competitive sports is not enough.
