| With the development of athletics sports,“human resource”is the critical factor. If there areno good backing human resources, athletics sports activities will be “water without a source, anda tree without roots”, development goals could not materialize. Because, the backing human isnot only sports resources, but also a country’s athletic sports who want to maintain theflourishing competitive power, which depend on the competitive sports reserve talent of thequantity and quality.In recent years, the strength of sports rise steady in the national level, whichmake more relationship with the development of reserve talented person. Through literature,expert interviews, surveys and statistics and investigations of law, this paper analysis the reservetalented person in Fujian province with the angle of the Sustainable development, and theconclusions as follow.1.After years of development, Fujian athletic sports gradually formed its own advantage programs. In theform of competitive reserve personnel training, Fujian changes from Amateur Sports School withsingle-level to the training system with multi-level and diversification. All these amateur trainingsystem form the subject of the present sports reserve talented person cultivation.2.The training mode of "combination of sport and education" can broaden the developing channel ofcompetitive sports, solve the cultural education training of the adolescent athletes, which is benefit ofcompetitive backup talents for sustainable development. The training mode of "combination of sport andeducation" has made the initial success in our province. The characteristic of this mode is to strengthenthe cooperation efforts of sports system and education system to promote the overall development of theathletes to maximize profits, especially the mode of combination of sport and education implemented inJinjiang.3. In the training of competitive backup talents, fujian province has increased the personnel training,setting up10national high level backup talents base and26provincial key sports reserve talented person base;In the specifications of the reserve personnel training and quality, Fujian province has gradually changes fromextensive to intensive economy, and constantly improve the yield, set up different levels and gradient cohesionbackup talent team.4. Through the survey, it is found the project layouts of36sports schools were not accord with thoseitems in the Olympic Games and the national games, such as trampoline, badminton, martial arts and otherprojects. We should focus on the development of the dominant projects and latent advantages project, basingon the Chinese Olympic Games strategy and all strategy in our province. We should concentrate the power, highlight the importance and rational distribution to form the traditional advantage of project, guaranteeing theproject layout in our province to play the best benefit and the sustainable development of competitive sports inour province.5. The title structure of coaches education is reasonable，but over the title of senior coach proportionslants little; Coaches education structure more reasonable, but lack of high-level talents with higher degree;Coaches basically underwent the shift from retired athletes, whose ability to learn, and their own culturalknowledge level and theoretical foundation are relatively weak. Therefore, we should attach the importance tothe cultivation of high-level coaches, optimize the title structure, strengthen job training coaches strength,improve the overall quality of the coaches and coaching level, which are not only the effective measures toguarantee the scientific and systematic training, but also the basic way to promote the sustainable developmentof competitive sports in our province. |
