| As the source of the competitive sports,track and field reserve talented person is the future of athletics sports of our country.To train the gain and loss,is related to the development trend of sports power.Pay more attention to the study of youth training mode,is beneficial to the development of the higher efficiency of high level talents.This article will each youth culture unit of Beijing as the research object,is divided into three levels,respectively,for the amateur sports schools,schools and clubs.Use of information literature method,questionnaire method,comparative method and so on study of adolescents in different cultivation mode analysis,found the problem,and put forward opinions,in order to seek to improve the cultivation of the teenage problems.The research have to impose a conclusion:1 in amateur sports school training mode,the athletes for scientific and cultural knowledge value degree is low,but the enthusiasm of training is higher,can guarantee training time and frequency.2 amateur sports school training mode,the movement of the coaches experience is rich,for the general trend of getting younger over age structure.Coaches teach fixed number of year is generally long,but less advanced degrees.3 training mode in school,the athletes better handle the relationship between learning and training.Every year to participate in important games less,lack of experience,training enthusiasm is low.4 in school training mode,the coaches age structure more reasonable distribution,but the coach's enthusiasm is low.Channels for the selection of athletes is relatively single.5 training mode at the club and the enthusiasm of athletes training is higher,the venue and location choice is more flexible,but lack of experience.6 in club training mode,the teaching level of the coaches and experience than sports schools is high,the means of training is single,training time is loose,lack of system for training plan,material selection for athletes not rigorous. |
