Primary school English classroom is the main place where students learn and practice English, and teachers' teaching language is the major means and media of implementation teaching, at the same time it can also reflect teachers' professional quality. Novice teachers as newborn echelon and reserve force of primary school English education, the study of their teaching language is helpful for us to have a better understand of the actual situation of the classroom teaching, also it is one of the important ways to explore their professional development. The purpose of this study aims to analyze application of novice teachers' teaching language English in primary schools. By the methods of questionnaire survey and classroom observation, so that we can understand the current using situation teaching language of novice teachers, and seek ways to improve teaching language in order to promote the novice teachers' professional development, improve them teaching level.This thesis is divided into the following five parts:The first part, mainly the research reason and the research significance, using literature analysis method to summarize and analyze the present situation of primary school English language teaching at home and abroad, which lays the foundation for the following theoretical research.The second part, the author applies the research on the application of novice teachers in primary school English, including clarifying teaching language and the concept of novice teachers. This paper puts forward three application theory basis, explains the characteristic, functions and four categories of teaching language: organization languages, teaching languages, query languages, and feedback languages. Those lay a solid foundation for following empirical research.The third part, through the questionnaire survey, the survey of novice teachers covers four aspects: teachers' understanding of teaching language, attitude, influencing factors and classroom teaching use, the analysis and discussion of the data will provide of classroom observation.The fourth part, through classroom observation method, classify statistics of the organization language, teaching language, questioning language and feedback language to analyzed and discuss the problems.The fifth part, on the basis of questionnaires and classroom observation, the author puts forward the ways to form a resultant force through colleges and universities, educational departments and entry agencies ,and also novice teachers themselves: based on school training,to ensure novice teachers using of teaching language; Novice teachers need to constantly improve the ability of teaching language skills;Emphasis on classroom teaching practice, and cherish every chance to use teaching language; Return to the students, improving the students'ability of language communication skills.
