Flipped classroom, a new classroom teaching model, changed the pedagogical sequence and teacher's teaching behavior in traditional teaching model. Therefore,how to evaluate the teachers implement flipped classroom and regulate the teaching behavior is a serious issue should be deal with.The research consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,introduce the background information, research aim, research meaning,and the method and object of this study.The second chapter is the academic analysis, mainly focus on the definition of core concepts and the literature review of flipped classroom teaching behavior both in China and abroad.The third chapter is presuppose of the evaluating index system of secondary school teachers' teaching behavior, mainly focus on the decompose of teachers'flipped classroom teaching behavior, the revision of classroom observation tools and the cluster analysis of observed results.The third chapter focus on the presuppose of evaluating index system of secondary school teachers' teaching behavior. Firstly, decomposing the teachers'flipped classroom teaching behavior; secondly, the observations of 20 flipped classes according to the revised Flanders Flipped Classroom Teaching Behavior Analysis Watch list; finally, completing the presuppose process of evacuating index on the basis of the cluster analysis of SPSS20.0.The forth chapter is the determination of the evaluating index system of secondary school teachers' teaching behavior. Firstly, develop a questionnaire according to the result of cluster analysis; secondly, determine the questionnaire by the analysis of presuppose questionnaire through the exploratory factor analysis of SPSS20.0; finally, by the validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the questionnaire, set up the evaluating index system.The fifth chapter is the weight assignment of the evaluating index system of secondary school teachers'teaching behavior.Making the comparison between two indexes one by one on the basis of the general principle of index system weight assignment and the matrix dual approach. Calculating the the weights of first class indicator, second class indicator and third class indicator, building up the evaluating index system of secondary school teachers' teaching behavior include 3 first class indicator, 6 second class indicator and 21 third class indicator.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and expectation, mainly focus on the research conclusion, the implementing proposals, research expectation of this study. The implementing proposals include two factors: teachers and schools.
