Many scholars give teachers the sacred mission in the development of human society,responsibility and title of teachers' teaching behavior directly related to the quality of teaching,teaching results and improve teachers' professional quality. The relative heterogeneity of PE class,PE teachers need constantly to protect its diagnosis, "teaching" process to enhance their classroom teaching behavior. Research related theory and practice, at present, the lack of evaluation of PE teachers teaching behavior, and the evaluation of classroom teaching in sports behavior exists in the work of the evaluation standard is not unified, standardized system is a series of problems such as the evaluation of their own lack of normative and scientific, and the lack of incentive the development of the professional development of teachers.To construct a relatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of P.E. Teachers'teaching behavior to facilitate the operation of the system, the theory is helpful to the study of rich teaching behavior, lack of research for sports behavior in classroom teaching, classroom teaching behavior standard of middle school PE teachers can better the evaluation work, help middle school PE Teachers' teaching behaviors of physical examination in the teaching of the existing problems and deficiencies, and promote the development of teachers' professional level, has deep theoretical significance and practical significance.According to the junior high school physical education teachers in this group, using Delphi method AHP evaluation method is relatively scientific,to front-line experts teachers and relevant experts and scholars as the research object,according to the relevant theories and principles of constructing the evaluation index system, establishes the evaluation index system of physical education teachers in classroom teaching in junior middle school through quantitative analysis with the qualitative analysis.The evaluation index system, including the use of language teaching behavior, teaching behavior and teaching behavior body, management organization three indicators about behavior,ask behavior, discuss the behavior, behavior guidance, using the behavior model of posture, posture of disclosure using behavior, organization and management behavior of teaching means. The organization and management behavior of sports load, organization and management behavior of the teaching order, organization and management of teaching content, teaching organization and management behavior of the atmosphere of the 11 level two indexes, and 45 level three indexes, the weights and give each index. At the end of the evaluation index are analyzed and puts forward some requirements for middle school physical education teachers better manage the classroom.
