New Curriculum Reform has repeatedly stressed the need to establish multivariate evaluation system.As to the teacher evaluation,principals, students and parents should participate in the evaluation and enable teachers to obtain various information,continuously improve the teaching level. However,most of teacher evaluation subjects are principals and other teachers,very few students.The students are teachers'audiences in the long term,but have no opportunity to evaluate teachers'act. This paper attempts to provide a tool for students who can evaluate the behavior of mathematics teachers in their classrooms.This Paper is divided into six parts to elaborate construction of junior high school math teachers teaching evaluation indicator system.First part of this paper introduces the improtance of the evaluation indicator system.In the second part,through a summary of relevant literature at home and abroad,helps author determine the direction of research.The third part describes theory foundation which the evaluvtion indicator system must adhere to.The forth part introduces three kinds of research methods which include literature method, questionnaires and interviews.In the fifth part,according to the existing literature ,the indicators are drafted which based on cognitivism,behaviorism,constructivism,the guidance of the new curriculum standards in mathematics and other theories.Then,screening indicators are completed through the semi-open-ended questionnaires and interviews.The author selects five middle schools in the county of Shan Xi province to study.The system of indicators to evaluate teaching behaviors are formed after confirmation of indicators weight.In order to make evaluation tools reasonable and reliable,the rater consistence reliability have been tested.In the sixth part,the advantages and disadvantages of this indicator system are summarized.Also,there are some suggestions for using indicator system.
