A Study On Career Changing Of Hui Vwomen In The Process Of Urbanization

This paper is a study on the Changes of Hui Women's Occupation in Kangju District A,Jinfeng District,Yinchuan.It mainly uses the methods of Anthropology field study and Quantitative analysis of sociology throughing the analysis and comparison of the employment situation and the current employment situation of the Hui Women in the Kangju District A,and on the basis to pursue the motives by investigating the degree of change on the age and education level.After in-depth thinking,some suggestions has been made in order to promote the demolition of resettlement cities' Hui women's employment.This paper is devided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research question and the related research on female employment,on this basis,the purpose of this study,research significance and research.The second part is the main part of this article,divided into three chapters on the Kangju A Hui Women's career change analysis.The first chapter introduces the status of the field and the composition of the population.Chapter 2:The situation of Kangju A district in Yinchuan,which introduces the location of the field and the composition of the population.The second chapter is the chapter on the analysis of the core data of the Hui nationality in the Kang district of Yinchuan.Through the data,The authoranalyzes the occupational status of the Hui nationality women in the Kang area A and the current occupational status,and then draws the third chapter content-The Characteristics of Women's Occupation Changes in Kangju District A and the Reasons for Its Change.The third part is the prospect and thinking part of this article.The last chapter is based on the previous chapters,and some suggestions on the overall development of Hui women in Kangju District A.The conclusion part summarizes the characteristics of the Hui women's career change in this paper,and makes an account of the shortcomings of the study.Through the study,it is found that the career changes of Hui women in A district are obviously different in different age groups.The career changes of the younger generation are superior to those of the older Hui women in terms of career type,salary level,or chance to change jobs,their employment intention and family environment are the main reasons that affect their career changes.Types of profession,salary level,or chance to change jobs.It is closely related to the degree of education.In view of this phenomenon,the author puts forward some suggestions on the self consciousness,social environment and government policy of Hui women in Kangju A community.
