Study On Leisure Activities And Satisfaction Ot Working Women In Yinchuan City

This paper makes an empirical analysis on the status of leisure participation and leisure satisfaction of professional women in Yinchuan and its influencing factors on the basis of reviewing and combing the relevant literature of women's leisure and leisure satisfaction at home and abroad.The paper makes a descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis on the status of leisure life,leisure satisfaction and its influencing factors of professional women in Yinchuan,and explores the relationship between the leisure satisfaction and the constraints of leisure satisfaction through using SPSS20.0 statistical software,The results show that:(1)The leisure purpose of professional women in Yinchuan is to relax the body and mind,eliminate fatigue,exercise the body and satisfy the interests.Many professional women prefer to choose shopping,park,watch movies,chat,cosmetology,Internet and so on to relieve the pressure of life and relieve fatigue,and the participation rate of high level leisure activities is not high.Leisure activities are still at a lower level.(2)The leisure activities of career women in Yinchuan are at a basically satisfactory stage.From the selection of the specific factors,the value of "aesthetic experience","health experience" and "cognitive experience" brought by residents to leisure activities were most harvested and the satisfaction was the highest,but the proportion of "emotional experience" and "group relationship experience" was not quite different,and the satisfaction degree was the second.At present,the personal value experience is still not ideal.The proportion of "harvest general" is more than the proportion of "more harvest".At the same time,the proportion of "less harvest" is also the first of the six elements,which shows that the professional women in Yinchuan are in the dissatisfaction stage of personal value experience.(3)The Pearson product moment correlation coefficient is used to analyze the relationship between leisure satisfaction and overall leisure satisfaction.Emotional experience,aesthetic experience,cognitive experience and personal value experience have a significant impact on the overall leisure satisfaction,and the four are positively related to the overall leisure satisfaction.That is,the higher the satisfaction of the professional women in these four levels,the higher the overall leisure satisfaction.(4)In the satisfaction evaluation of Yinchuan professional female city leisure environment,the satisfaction of "leisure environment safety" is the highest,while "leisure fashion national leading" and"leisure concept and international integration" are not satisfied with the two indexes.This is in accordance with the lag of Yinchuan in the underdeveloped areas and the time of accepting new things.(5)According to regional spatial differences in leisure satisfaction of working women of different ages,incomes and marital status,the largest regional spatial differences in leisure satisfaction of working women between the ages of 18?25 were observed,while the regional spatial satisfaction differences among working women between the ages of 26?35 and 36?45 were medium.Between 46?50 years old,the regional space difference between professional women's leisure satisfaction was the smallest;With the increase of monthly income,the overall leisure satisfaction of professional women in different regions has been increasing,and the difference between the regions of professional women's leisure satisfaction at the same income level has not changed much.The regional spatial difference of leisure satisfaction of women with different marital status is married and childless>Unmarried>Divorced>Married with kids.(6)Through the regression analysis of leisure constraints and satisfaction,it is found that there is a significant negative correlation between leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction in Yinchuan.At the same time,in the leisure constraints,personal health and psychological factors are the first factor,which is the first factor restricting the leisure activities of professional women in Yinchuan.Finally,according to the analysis results of this study,some suggestions are put forward:to enhance the leisure consciousness of professional women,to improve the leisure frequency,to create a harmonious leisure environment,to improve the leisure psychological satisfaction of professional women,to strengthen the construction of leisure infrastructure,to improve the quality and level of leisure service,to meet the needs of professional women.
