The aim of the research:By the comparison of fitness effect between walking and Tai Chi Exercise,to learn about the influence of body composition, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, leptin index by interfering two kinds of aerobic exercise. It will provide better ways to promote the national fitness and laid a theoretical basis for the scientific fitness.Research methods:We recruited some 50-59 year old overweight women(BMI>24Kg/m2)in Lingang community of Linfen, and selected 48 of overweight women as the research object.18 participated in fitness walking exercise;17 participated in Tai Chi;13 were in the control group and did not participate in any sport. The exercise time was 12 weeks.ultimately the walking exercise group and Tai Chi exercise group were 15 people, with 13 people in the control group. The blood index before intervention, intervention for 6 weeks and 12 weeks intervention test, and the subjects were asked to not to participate in any strenuous exercise before 48 hours of the test, fasting 12 hours the morning after 8:00-9:00 collected 5ml venous blood, static 1H,the speed of speed centrifugal 10 min 3000r/min,extraction part of pale yellow liquid that is in serum,-84 C refrigerator, for the determination of leptin(LEP)and four blood, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).The results of the study:1.After 12 weeks intervention, walking exercise group, working exercise group, the Tai Chi group of body weight,BMI,fat content, body fat percentage are lower than before intervention and extremely significant differences(P < 0.01),working exercise group to fat soft weight loss and very significant differences compared with before intervention(P < 0.01).Intervention after 12 weeks, working exercise group of BMI,fat content, body fat percentage, and the control group there were significant differences(P < 0.05),the tai chi group compared with control group body fat percentage significant differences(P < 0.05).2.After 12 weeks of intervention, both the walking exercise group and the tai chi group had significantly lower levels of GLU levels were significantly different from the pre-intervention(P < 0.01).After 12 weeks of intervention, the GLU levels of the walking group were lower than the control group and were significantly different(P < 0.01).The GLU levels of the tai chi group were lower than the control group, and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).3.After 12 weeks of intervention compared with pre-intervention,the walking walking group TG,TC,TC/HDL-C,HDL-C,LDL-C were all significantly different(P < 0.01).There is a significant difference between the TG,TC,TC/hdc-c,and LDL-C,and the significant difference in HDL-C(P < 0.05).Intervention after 12 weeks, walking exercise group compared with control group,TG,TC exist significant difference(P < 0.05),HDL,LDL-C-C,TC/HDL-C there was very significant difference(P < 0.01);Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in HDL-C and LDL-C(P < 0.05).4.Leptin and weight, fat weight, fat content, triglycerides and blood sugar were positively correlated at 0.01 level. It was positively associated with total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in 0.05 levels;High HDL cholesterol was negatively correlated at 0.05 levels. The conclusion of the study:1.Walking exercise to improve the body composition, blood sugar, leptin level slightly better than the tai chi movement.2.Walking exercise and tai chi exercise can effectively improve the level of lipid metabolism but the effect is different.3.There was a correlation between leptin(LEP)and body weight, fat body weight, fat fat content and blood lipids.4.Long-term adherence to exercise can effectively improve the body composition, blood sugar, blood lipids and leptin levels,so as to achieve the purpose of improving glycolipid metabolism.
