The Current Situation Research Of Taekwondo Reserve Talents Cultivation In Linfen Under The Combination Of Sport And Education

Since Taekwondo is listed as the competitive event for the Olympic Games,the development of Taekwondo in Chinese has risen at a rapid speed,especially in the2016 Olympic Games in Rio,China won two Olympic gold medals in Taekwondo,which had made great achievements.This article used literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interviews field surveys and other research methods from the "combination of sport and education" mode to analyze current situation of Taekwondo reserve talents training in the "combination of sport and education" training institutions of Linfen.The survey results show that: firstly,the main factors of restricting Linfen "combination of sport and education" Taekwondo reserve talents training are: lacking of funds for Taekwondo athletes in training and competition;training athletes are scarce in the younger age;contradiction between study and training is more prominent;the number of competitions student athletes participate in is less and primary competition system related to Taekwondo is not perfect;the educational level of coaches is lower,they lack of emphasis on the student athletes in class;student athletes educational level is generally low so that they hardly have a good future.Secondly,Linfen Sports Management Center and the Linfen Taekwondo Association have no clear boundary in the cultivation of "combination of sport and education" student athletes,and there are some disagreement between sport committee and the board of Education Division in management,so that exists some problems in Taekwondo management system in Linfen,such as:the pertinence in training is not strong;competitive effect is not so well;less Taekwondo competitions in primary and secondary schools;competition incentive system is not perfect;the enthusiasm that Taekwondo participate in the competition is not high.Thirdly,Taekwondo "combination of sports and education" is carried out is late in Linfen,so there are a series of problems in the enrollment mechanism;student athletes are adequate but the quality is not high,the enrollment threshold is low;lacking of systematic and scientific selection mode,so reserve talents selection is more difficult,and the enrollment mechanism should be improved;lacking of long-term training programs set in the training process,and training innovation is not strong,the opportunities for individual training are less;although "combination of sport and education" preliminary meet the demands of physical education venues,the funds that various training need is not sufficient,medical conditions fall behind.Fourthly,in Linfen,the age structure of “combination of sport and education”Taekwondo coaches are relatively young,who have short teaching period and the highest sports experience,academic level and education level are relatively low;the coaches lack of the training,management,reward system and so on,so that they have low enthusiasm for work.Fifthly,in Linfen,the majority of student athletes backup talents that is based on“combination of sport and education”mode to cultivate exits in the primary school stage,and the training period is generally not long;the number of student athletes in the junior and senior high school gradually decreased in reserve talents,top-notch sports talents are scarce;the motivation to participate in Taekwondo training is mainly to promote health and develop interests;the number and time of many students participate in Taekwondo training are not reasonable.Sixthly,the students of participating in the “combination of sport and education”Taekwondo training whose parents mostly have a certain cultural quality,and their performance is above average,the children' participation are raised by the children themselves,then parents agree the advice,the children learning and training time that parents arrange tend to academic courses,but the children training results obtained the approval of parents.
