Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Training Reserve Talents Of Competitive Taekwondo In Inner Mongolia Autunomous

Taekwondo,which originated from the Korean Peninsula,has become a formal event of the modern Olympic Games.Chinese taekwondo team has made gratifying achievements in every Olympic Games from 2000 to 2016.Along with the development of Taekwondo in China has more and more outstanding achievements.The first competitive taekwondo team of Inner Mongolia was established in 1998.Until the twelfth National Games in 2013,Liu Ying,the athlete of Inner Mongolia team,won the bronze medal of women's 67 KG in the Taekwondo project.It is the first taekwondo medal in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's first national games.It can be seen that the strength of Inner Mongolia's competitive taekwondo has a long gap with other provinces.The Inner Mongolia Taekwondo Association was just set up in July 19,2016.It indicates that taekwondo was not ideal in Inner Mongolia.With the good development of taekwondo in China,the development of Inner Mongolia's taekwondo should take advantage of this trend,and cultivate more professional talents in competitive taekwondo,and enhance the influence of Inner Mongolia taekwondo in the country.According to the purpose of this research task and research problems,author of Inner Mongolia's taekwondo training situation of reserve personnel,combined with the specific circumstances of taekwondo at home and abroad and the development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,respectively,using literature method,interview method,on-the-spot investigation method about taekwondo coaches,talent research scholars and experts,management personnel interview,questionnaire survey of Inner Mongolia Taekwondo coaches and reserve personnel,through mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to explore new channels of cultivating Inner Mongolia taekwondo sports reserve talents,to provide effective reference for personnel training in taekwondo management personnel,coaches.According to the current situation of athletic taekwondo reserve talents training in Inner Mongolia,it shows that the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region athletic taekwondo reserve talents training mode is single,and the training system is not perfect.The mechanism of Inner Mongolia athletic taekwondo reserve talents training has not yet been straightened out.In the cultural course of Inner Mongolia athletic taekwondo reserve talent team,the phenomenon of learning and training contradiction is still outstanding.The reserve of Inner Mongolia competitive taekwondo reserve personnel is few,and the number of competitive taekwondo races is few.In view of the above phenomenon,Inner Mongolia reserve personnel training institutions should actively broaden the training channels,combined with social resources to create a variety of training mode;according to the cultural foundation of different players,different forms of cultural course learning,enhance the athlete's overall culture courses.We should learn training,a comprehensive evaluation model of athletic taekwondo training out,increase the number of top talent;reserve taekwondo sports reserve talents,expand the scope of material;increase taekwondo matches,and constantly improve the management mechanism of taekwondo sports reserve personnel training.
