Primary school ritual education can enrich children's emotional experience,cultivate children's identity role awareness and enhance the collective memory.The flag-raising ceremony focuses on cultivating children's simple feelings of the Party and the Socialist Countries,and in the belief level regulates the children's political attributes and spiritual pursuit.the Chinese Youth Vanguard ceremony will be held soon after the children are enrolled in the school,children will learn to self-manage,self-supervise and gradually build up the role consciousness.Graduation ceremony is one of the elementary ritual activities of Primary school,children in the group of carnival and catharsis forms their collective memory.In the flag-raising ceremony,the brigade counselors through the red scarf,swearing posture,"the speech under the flag" and so on,so that children in these symbols can express feelings of patriotic feelings.In the team ritual field,the brigade counselors through careful regulation of every child's swearing posture,respect for the posture and call sign posture,so that children in the details of the ceremony to recognize the role of the conversion of the role.In the graduation ceremony,the brigade counselors through the careful layout of the ceremony venue,design ritual activities highlight the link,so that children in the collective performance activities recalled six years of campus life.Yet not all children can understand the brigade counselor's care and thought.There are always some children are in "physical" and "spirit" separation state;children show a passive,no sense of existence,and even in the indifference that have nothing to do with them.What did children experience when they were involved in the ceremony? If lack the interpretation of the meaning of children's experience,the counselors may not be able to change children the state of participating the ritual in passive and no sense of the "God" separation;the brigade counselors also can't continue to carry out ritual activities that children like.In elementary school ceremonies,children are almost involved in four roles:passive bystanders,moderators of the scenes,listen to the actors of the command,and free performers.Children with different roles to participate in the ceremony,the experience of the ritual meaning is different from the meaning given by the brigadecounselors.At the teacher level,the ritual activity of the elementary school is a passively completed task,and the instructions are not subject to the high feelings;for children who are passive in the ritual field,a ritual activity is a matter for the host and the performer,and have no relationship with the bystander;also the children's own ceremonial posture is not standard enough,which indirectly affect the expression of meaning in rituals.A ritual activity in order to achieve the perfect combination of form and content,we should pay attention to the emotional experience of children,children can participate the ceremony in the real sense.In the design of the ritual script,the brigade counselors can invite some children to participate in the discussion of the program of activities.The children are the main body,and the ritual activities are close to the children's emotional needs.At the same time,the brigade counselors should also be timely access to children experience after the ritual experience,listen to the heart of the children's true emotional expression,lay the foundation for the next better design ritual activities,children more and more love the ritual activities,promote the ritual activities in a virtuous circle,so that children in the primary stage can experience the charm of ritual education.
