Higher normal colleges and universities sports education is to cultivate professional backbone of the future PE teachers,shouldering and national culture sports education talents for the society.Therefore,colleges and universities sports education professional pay more attention to the cultivation of the talented person ability,it also conforms to the present national strategy of cultivating core quality requirements.At present the employment of university graduates,professional physical education teaching in China is facing a great challenge,their comprehensive ability far short of the requirements of society.To solve this problem,the relevant departments at all levels and higher normal class sports colleges and universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of sports education professional personnel,strengthening exercise the student's education practice,change the teacher's education idea,pay attention to culture education in the process of the whole teaching of sports talents.And "CBE" teaching mode is to ability training as the center of gravity,to future career demand for the purpose of a kind of teaching mode,it is accord with the requirement of modern education reform,conforms to the social education idea.Therefore,this article will "CBE" teaching model applied to physical education speciality in applied in the experimental study in the common course for the long jump,universities and professional teachers engaged in track and field teaching provides a new train of thought,to build college track and field,the new teaching model for reference to improve the quality of training talents.This paper uses literature,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics research methods,such as in "CBE" teaching mode of physicaleducation in normal universities in the experimental study in the common course for the long jump teaching as the research object,with shanxi normal university sports institute 2015 level sports education professional students of class 1504 as experimental object,to 14 weeks long jump teaching experiment,try to use a "CBE" teaching model to the teaching in the common course for the long jump.Purpose is to explore whether "CBE" teaching model can be applied to the teaching in the common course for the long jump,whether to the student's physical quality and student's long jump skill evaluation scores,grades,teaching practice ability and the students' interest in learning,learning attitude,and the long jump positively influence learning motivation and analyze the causes,and further explore the "CBE" teaching mode of teaching effect.After the teaching experiment,through comparative analysis,the following conclusions:1.In physical education speciality in use in the common course for the long jump with ability for the teaching of fundamental,in order to "CBE" for the purpose of future demand for professional teaching model is feasible and have achieved good teaching effect.2.After 14 weeks of long jump teaching experiment,through independent sample T test shows: the experimental group students body element(standing long jump,jump in situ longitudinal touch high,30 m standing type start,20 s sit-ups)is obviously better than the control group of students physical quality(standing long jump,jump in situ longitudinal touch high,30 m standing type start,20 s sit-ups),showed that "CBE" teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching mode is more suitable for the long jump teaching in the future.3.In physical education speciality in use in the common course for the long jump "CBE" teaching mode of the students' skill evaluation scores and grades were higher than the traditional teaching mode,teaching experiment and research results show that the students in the experimental group and control group of students skill evaluation scores and grades have significant differences,show that the implementation of the "CBE" teaching mode is significant for students to learn the long jump.4.In physical education speciality in use in the common course for the long jump "CBE" teaching mode,through his own experience and the communication between the classmate,make teaching practice ability of students has been significantly improved,and compared with the traditional teaching model comparison,the results show significant difference.5.In physical education speciality in use in the common course for the long jump "CBE" teaching mode,more than the traditional teaching mode to improve the students' interest in learning,improve the students' learning attitude,stimulate students' learning motivation,students can accept for this kind of new teaching mode is still relatively agreed,this will be more conducive to the students learning and mastering of the long jump.
