As a sporting event that has been developed for more than one hundred years,the technique of long jump has been updated and perfected constantly for a long period,and the scores have received unceasing break-through and improvement.Not only it takes significant role in the current track and field meet,but also occupies important status in the track and field teaching of colleges and universities.Along with the development of science and technology,as well as the improvement of track and field teaching,people gradually discover that students' long jump technique and teaching efficiency could be effectively boosted by combining some sporting equipment while teaching long jump technique.Through applying barrier combination exercise in the major of physical education long jump technical teaching,this paper has provided new methods for grasping such technique nicely within limited time.By means of applying document literature method,questionnaire survey,experimental method and mathematical statistics,this paper carried out experimental research on two groups of students(Team9 and 18),in total 38 persons,who majored in physical education but had not learned long jump technique in Class 2016 of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,analyzed the effective feasibility and active role of barrier combination exercise to long jump technical teaching from the results after experiment,so as to promote students' long jump technique and scores within the limited class hours.The research results show that:(1)Seeing from the operability and feasibility of applying barrier combination exercise to teach long jump technique in the general course of physical education specialty,the barrier combination exercise is gearing to practice,reasonable and feasible for long jump technical teaching.Not only its exercise methods and contents are easily understood,easy to be understood by students,but also the equipment is sufficient and easy to get,so it could meet teaching demand better.(2)According to the teaching sequence of complete techniques and the special exercise features to long jump technique,the barrier combination exercise contents designed were applied to each class,each link technique and every link technique respectively,reasonably and pertinently in the experimental group,the technique in each link and combination among every link could be promoted within the limited class hours,and thus the complete technique and standard scores could be boosted.(3)Significant differences exist in the technical scores during each link,comprehensive scores(integrated technique scores)and long jump scores for two groups of students after the experiment,the experimental team is superior to the comparison group,which indicates that the barrier combination exercise has better effect to the technical teaching of long jump.(4)The rise and jump after short-distance run-up and then step one barrier has enhanced the sense of rhythm for the last steps of run-up,maintained the ability of stabilizing stride,positive speed-up,quick jump and combination of run and jump.(5)The dynamic stereotype of jump technique has been strengthened by swinging legs in situ and stepping barrier off the ground,imitating advancing one step while walking and jumping one barrier,as well as imitating advancing several steps continuously while walking and jumping several barriers.The run-up jump after advancing several steps continuously and jump several barriers,rise and jump after short-distance run-up and then step one barrier have promoted the ability of landing,buffering,kicking and stretching,swinging of upper and lower limbs,particularly promoted the relative muscle on lower limbs to be further powerful during jumping stage.Facing the barrier in situ and sent-hip have promoted the consciousness of sent hip,intensified the ability of fast sent-hip,enhanced the stretching strength in hip joint and increases the range of sent-hip,and thus raised jump speed,jump strength and other related abilities.(6)To imitate body-straight action in the air with the back against barrier in situ has intensified body-straight and hip-stretch action,and the exerting feel to related muscle and relaxing feel to the muscle on the back could be experienced.To step and jump while advancing,swinging legs over the barrier has increased the range of swinging legs and intensified the ability of positive down-pass,and thus completed body-straight and hip-stretch action quickly.The body-straight action in the air by jumping and stepping the barrier after short-distance run-up has reinforced the ability of completing the action in the air and maintaining body gesture,and meanwhile has certain favorable influence to the connection between landing technique and each link in the long jump.The standing long jump and stepping barrier have improved the consciousness and ability of belly-retraction and leg-lifting nicely.
