The technique of long jump is divided into four basic stages: run-up,take-off,flying,and landing.As one of the important links,run-up is often not given enough attention in teaching.How to enable students to master the complete long jump technique under a reasonable approaching rhythm within a limited number of teaching hours is a practical problem that long jump teaching has faced for a long time.To this end,this study integrates the practice of running grids into long jump teaching,and discusses the general design principles of running grids,the design reasons and practice methods of various specific running grids,and their specific applications in the overall teaching of long jumps..This article uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,taking freshman or two class students as the experimental object,and implements grid running practice(experimental class)and traditional Routine exercises(control classes)are used to compare teaching experiments.The analysis of the changes in the data indicators before and after the experiment is mainly made from four aspects: first,the comparative analysis of the pre-test and post-test of the physical fitness;the second,the comparative analysis of the results of the post-up long jump test;The comparative analysis of the technical evaluation scores in the technical stage;the fourth is the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaires of the students' feedback on teaching after the long jump teaching.After analyzing the data,the conclusions are as follows: The overall design of the running practice method in the long jump teaching should follow the principle of integration and penetration,the principle of gradual progress,the principle of fun,the principle of inducement,and the principle of focusing on individual differences.? The running practice method is not to solve the run-up rhythm problem in isolation,but to incorporate various specific running practice methods into the entire teaching process of long jumps.This design and application promotes the organic connection of technology in each link.(3)The achievement scores and technical assessment scores of the experimental class are significantly better than those of the control class.The design and teaching arrangement of nine running practice methods are applied to the long jump teaching of physical education students,which can promote the effective mastery of the complete technology.The specificapplication of the grid running practice method in long jump teaching helps students to overcome psychological fear,enhance self-confidence,increase teaching interest,stimulate learning enthusiasm,and improve students' creative thinking and independent thinking ability.
