Research On The Development Of The Men's Basketball Team In Shanxi High School

Since reform and opening up,the influence of basketball in China has also been gradually improve,the most splendid time in 2008,the Olympic Games,led by yao's men's basketball team won the first eight good result,and in 2014 Chinese men's basketball team has won the fifth at the Asian games,is in the Asian games is the worst result,which can explain Chinese basketball development encountered bottleneck,while other than basketball level in our country like South Korea,Japan is in the past year has been developing rapidly,these are associated with our youth system is not sound,leading to a serious shortage of reserve talented person,the basketball talented person's fault,therefore,this article is based on the analysis of development in Shanxi Province high school men's basketball team,the further analysis of the problems existing in the current national basketball reserve personnel training mechanism.The purpose of this study is to high school in Shanxi Province and men's basketball team the backup talent cultivation of research and analysis,find out problems,clarify the situation,grasping the motion law of the basketball team,hope that through this research for our province high school basketball team training and competition as well as a series of basketball reserve personnel training work to provide effective help and support.This paper studies the present situation of the training of the men's basketball team in shanxi high school.In Shanxi Province in 2016 middle school students games as investigation object,the present high school basketball team for the coaches and athletes respectively designed the questionnaire,the 17 schools are taiyuan taiyuan taiyuan five,ten nine and twenty four ShiBaZhong,taiyuan,taiyuan foreign language school,middle school yuying middle school,into into middle school,shanxi experimental school,yangquan 2,experiences of middle school,the yuquan school,pingyao middle school,linfen and linfen 3,Kang Jie,XinJiang secondary middle school.Research method using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics,the questionnaire used in the reliability test of the coaches and athletes questionnaire is 0.92 and 0.87 respectively,validity of test results is 0.85 and 0.86 respectively,the results are in line with the inspection standards,can be the next step research.The empirical analysis part,mainly using the questionnaire survey to get the required data as a result,through mathematical statistics analysis,which USES descriptive statistics,degree of satisfaction analysis and other methods.The results show that the number of men's basketball teams in Shanxi Province is less than the total,and the regional development is seriously unbalanced.Basketball reserve talented person all love this sport,training time arrangement of the coaches,training plan is reasonable,reasonable coaches age composition,record of formal schooling is college degree or above,are all above junior titles,the overall strength is stronger.Schools in training the basketball reserve talented person is more,the problems of poor hardware facilities and medical facilities,many schools have no indoor basketball court,training funds inadequacy,lack of athletes and coaches training subsidy.Less participation in the competition,less reward,not enough motivation for coaches and athletes.Parents' support for athletes' participation in basketball has reduced the conflict between school and parents,students and parents.High school in Shanxi Province on the men's basketball team as a whole development is good,the main problem is the number of teams,unbalanced regional development,local government related department shall encourage and support the schools to form their own team,league and more.Schools and tournament organisers,should be positive to solve the existing problems and the development of the high school basketball team for Shanxi Province to provide a good environment,make they can rapidly improve the performance of professional basketball in China to provide more excellent talents.
