Heart rate variability(HRV)in the information contains a large number of cardiovascular regulation,as an effective indicator,cardiovascular system evaluation of autonomic nervous now brought to the attention of the clinical medicine and sports science.This article through to the ordinary female college student aerobic exercise for 16 weeks intervention,to explore the effect of aerobic exercise on heart autonomic nervous function,provides the theory basis for aerobic exercise for college students.This article selects 50 shanxi normal university college of liberal arts freshman ordinary female student as the research object.It can be divided into the experimental group and control group,each group of 25 people.Experimental group for 16 weeks aerobic exercise,3times a week,and 90 min at a time,strength to moderate(60% to 70% of maximum heart rate),control group 1 times a week physical education,the rest of the time not to take part in any sport.The results of the study1 in a quiet condition,the experimental group time domain index SDNN,RMSSD were increased(p < 0.05).2 in the process of quantitative load exercise group time domain index SDNN,RMSSD at 25 w,100 w very significantly increased(p < 0.01),when 50 w and 75 w significantly increased(p < 0.05);Frequency domain index VLF in 50 w and 75 w significantly lower(p <0.05),while in 100 w very significantly lower(p < 0.01);LF in 50 w significantly lower(p <0.05),while in 75 w,100 w very significantly lower(p < 0.01);HF in 50 w significantly increased(p < 0.05),while in 75 w,100 w very significantly increased(p < 0.01);LF/HF in75 w,100 w very significantly lower(p < 0.01).3 recovery after quantitative load exercise,RR,SDNN,RMSSD experimental time domain index were increased(p < 0.01),while HR is lower(p < 0.01),frequency domain index VLF,LF were lower(p < 0.05),and HF increased(p < 0.05).4 groups timeliness study found: in quiet state,a month after the end of the intervention RMSSD index,HF index was significantly lower than 16 weeks intervention(p < 0.05),whileLF index is significantly higher than 16 weeks intervention(p < 0.05);Rest for 10 minutes after exercise,a month after the end of the intervention intervention RR index was very significantly lower than 16 weeks(p < 0.01),while HR index was very significantly higher than 16 weeks(p < 0.01).The research conclusion1 through 16 weeks after aerobic exercise intervention,in a quiet condition,the experimental group quiet when the heart rate is low,the vagus nerve activity higher than that of sympathetic nerve,vagus nerve dominate.2 through 16 weeks after aerobic exercise intervention,in quantitative load state,total control ability is stronger,the experimental group of autonomic function of vagus nerve,reduce the risk of cardiovascular occurred,which have very good protection effect on the heart.3 by 16 weeks after aerobic exercise intervention,after quantitative load exercise,the experimental group recover faster,autonomic nervous system can quickly restore to a new equilibrium state and to shorten the time of the vagus nerve reactivation,rapid heart rate back to the quiet state.4 to 16 weeks aerobic intervention during the movement,HRV improved,but a month after the intervention intervention effect gradually disappear.
