The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of 12 weeks of aerobic aerobics and strength training on heart rate variability and other related indicators of female college students without systematic exercise training.By contrastive analysis of the effects of these exercise modes on the heart rate variability of female college students when they are quiet, the most effective exercise mode that can affect the heart rate variability of female college students is obtained, which provides a reference for female college students to carry out scientific fitness exercises. Methods: 120 female freshmen majoring in non-physical education were randomly divided into 4 groups of 30.The first group(control group),only maintain the usual physical activity, and do not participate in additional physical exercise; The second group(strength group)did only strength exercises during the experiment. The third group(aerobic aerobics group)only carried out aerobic aerobics exercises during the experimental period. The fourth group(aerobics + strength group)performed aerobics and strength training during the experiment. The heart rates of female college students were tested with the team edition Polar table before the experiment,at the end of week 3,at the end of week 6,at the end of week 9,and after the experiment, respectively. The heart rate variability was analyzed by using the Kubios HRV Standard analysis software. Results: 1.There were significant differences in HR,SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,SD1,SD2 and VLF between the four groups(P<0.01).HF showed significant difference(P<0.05).LF and LF/HF showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.There was a significant difference between the time and grouping of HR,SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,SD1,SD2 and VLF(P<0.01).HF has significant interaction. There was no statistical significance between LF,LF/HF time and grouping.3.There were significant differences in HR and SD1 between the four groups(P<0.01).RMSSD and PNN50 showed significant difference.SDNN,SD2,VLF,LF,HF,LF/HF were not statistically significant.Research conclusion:1.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the quiet heart rate of female college students was significantly decreased, and their heart function was greatly exercised.2.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,it was found that both aerobic boxing and strength training could improve the heart rate variability of female college students in a quiet state. However, from the data, the combination of strength and aerobic boxing exercise has a more significant effect on the heart rate variability of female college students when they quiet.
