Objectives:This study used physical and mental exercises to perform Tai Chi Rehabilitation(Tai Chi)as an intervention method widely used in detoxification clinics.Through the experimental group and the control group,intra-group,inter-group and interactive experiments were compared. It is confirmed that Tai Chi Rehabilitation has a certain improvement effect on the heart rate variability, physical condition and craving of female methamphetamine-dependent persons, seeking safe, effective and convenient interventions for drug addicts, and improving the heart of methamphetamine-dependent persons for Tai Chi Rehabilitation Exercise The function and detoxification effect provide some theoretical support and practical value. Methods:The participants were recruited in the Shanghai Women's Compulsory Isolation and Detoxification Facility in March 2017.From April 2017 to October 2017,the detoxification dependent women who met the inclusion criteria and experimental requirements will be selected according to the actual situation of the detoxification center, and finally meet the requirements. The 79 methamphetamine-dependent subjects were randomly divided into two groups,39 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group. In the two groups during the six months of exercise intervention, the experimental group was performed 5 times a week. One of them was taught by a rigorously trained instructor for 50 minutes, and the other four were trained by trained police to perform 20 minutes of exercise;the control group In accordance with the women's compulsory isolation drug detoxification carried out daily activities. The variability test, physical fitness test, and amphetamine thirst degree investigation were performed in the 60-meter walk and Tai Chi rehabilitation exercises center before and after the experiment, and the center rate variability was tested using Polar Team2.Results:1.Age,height,weight,education,occupation,marital status, and drug abstinence in the experimental and control groups,There were no statistically significant differences in scores of number, physical fitness, heart rate variability, and amphetamine craving scale(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Among the indexes of heart rate variability, the standard deviation and the heart rate variability of the time domain RR interval were significantly different(P<0.05)after 6 months in the experimental group, with the experimental group showing an upward trend and the control group showing a decrease.Trends;frequency-domain index low-high frequency ratio in the experimental group before and after the group had significant changes(P <0.01),in which the experimental group's decline was significantly higher than the control group's decline. In the experimental group, the heart rate variability index of the time-domain index in the Tai Chi rehabilitation exercise was significantly different from that before and afterthe experiment(P<0.05),and the standard deviation and heart rate variability of the RR interval. The value is on the rise.3.The amphetamine craving metric(DSQ)scores of female methamphetamine-dependent women in the experimental group were significantly different before and after Tai Chi rehabilitation exercises(P<0.01).The methamphetamine-dependent cravings of women in the experimental group were measured. The score was significantly lower;the amphetamine cravings metric(DSQ)scores of female methamphetamine dependent women in the control group were significantly different before and after Tai Chi rehabilitation exercises(P<0.05).The control group methamphetamine craving for female decrepitude Table scores have risen significantly.4.Physical fitness test After six months of exercise intervention, the experimental group and the control group, the diastolic blood pressure, vital capacity, seated forward flexion and closed eyes with one foot stand have significant differences, the two groups of lung capacity decreased significantly. In the experimental group, the systolic blood pressure,BMI index, seated body flexion, and closed eye single-foot stand all had highly significant differences(P<0.01),among which seated body flexion,one-legged standing,BMI,and diastolic blood pressure all had Significantly improved;the control group of systolic blood pressure, lung capacity, seated body forward flexion, the average value of the closed eye standing gradually decreased, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Tai Chi Rehabilitation exercises can reduce the sympathetic tone in female methamphetamine-dependent persons, make the autonomic nervous system tend to balance, and contribute to the increase in heart rate variability of female amphetamine-dependent people, and have a positive effect on cardiac function..2.Tai Chi Rehabilitation can improve the methamphetamine dependence of methamphetamine dependent dependent inhibition, can effectively reduce female methamphetamine dependence on drug cravings, and effectively promote methamphetamine dependent rehabilitation.3.Practice of Tai Chi Rehabilitation has markedly improved the physical status of female methamphetamine-dependent persons, especially the flexibility and balance ability of the practitioners.
