The topic of "education",has attracted many experts and scholars devote a great deal of time and energy to reach in different era.The present education is modern education,education informationization has also become irreversible process,especially in recent years,the layout and the implementation of the strategy of "Internet Plus".As an important factor in education,"teacher" should be paid more attention to in the drastic reform of education.Although the professional development of teachers has always been the same as education,it has received extensive attention and research from all over the world,the moment must be seen in a new sight.In such an era background,information technology teacher as an important carrier which is so closely associated with new ideas and bringing new technology to the forefront of Education.At the same time information technology teacher bears the important task of changing the educational informatization of theory into the real educational informatization.Under all sorts of difficulties such as positioning of information technology discipline in schools,the complexity of teaching tasks and limitations of self-development,the emergence of burnout will be more serious than other disciplines.There is not a very clear definition of Teacher Job Burnout,but it is widely recognized as a negative emotion caused by job stress.This negative emotion does not only affect the health of teachers,but also have a serious negative impact on the development of teachers themselves and the development of students taught by the teachers themselves.The long-term results will have a serious impact on National Education.Due to the special nature of the teachers profession,it is important to find ways and means to help teachers relieve or eliminate their job burnout.This research takes the information technology teachers of middle school as the research subject,designed to help information technology teachers smooth through burnout.Dig deep reasons and help teachers realize their own professional development.First of all,through a questionnaire survey to point out some questions,for example,preliminary understanding of the present stage of secondary school information technology teachers exist job burnout situation,the degree of the job burnout and the reasons for the formation of job burnout among teachers with different teaching hours.Secondly,interviews with some teachers.Third,according to the investigation and interview,a targeted mitigation model is put forward.Finally,summarize different de strategies.Surrounding the research,this thesis is divided into six chaptersThe first chapter,introduction.Included the origin of the study,research purpose and significance,research to carry out the theoretical basis,research ideas and methods.The theoretical foundation of the research is based on the theory of teacher professional development stage,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,etc.Through the analysis of the theory and discusses the theoretical basis of get the improve the teachers' job burnout issueThe second chapter,the relevant concept definition and literature review.This chapter reviews and analyzes the research on job burnout of teachers both at home and abroad,clarifies the related definitions and concepts,combining teacher burnout period with information technology specialty.The third chapter,the information technology teachers' job burnout current situation and cause analysis.Through the second chapter and questionnaire survey,we can get the status quo of burnout of information technology teachers in Shenyang middle school.Through interviews,we deeply understand the causes of job burnout,and further analyze the negative impact of job burnout on professional development of teachers.The fourth chapter,the information technology teachers' job burnout adjustment mode.Different from the teaching time of the teachers face the problem of burnout is not the same,therefore,different from the teaching time of the teacher's adjustment model should be different,according to its causes for targeted adjustment.The fifth chapter,adjust strategy information technology teachers' burnout.This chapter is based on the different adjustments in the fourth chapter,from the school and information technology teachers themselves from two perspectives,summed up the strategies for coping with job burnoutThe sixth chapter,summary and outlook.
