In language teaching, reading is a very important part, and the use of English reading strategies is conductive to improving students' reading ability, thus affecting students' reading achievement and later English learning. With recent years,English teaching is changing from the teacher "how to teach" into students "how students learn",and the learner's individual differences are pay more and more attention. In addition to that, students' perceive of learning style also will be concerned about. Therefore the individual differences of learners are more and more concerned, and the students' perceived learning styles are also concerned. In fact, both learning styles and learning strategies are two important factors that affect learners' learning outcomes.Meanwhile,in the existing research, many linguists are deeply discussed the learning styles and reading strategies for foreign language teaching, but the study of the relationship are less, and more about college students as the objects of study. Therefore, there is room for development in the study of the influence of learners' perception learning style on English reading strategies. In view of the above situation, this paper discusses the influence of high school students' perceptual learning style on English reading strategies and their differences, and based on the theory of learning style and William Baker's classification of reading strategies. In this paper,we collected the relevant data by using the Perceptual Learning Style Questionnaire and the Reading Strategy Questionnaire, followed by using SPSS21.0to analyze the collected data and draw the following conclusions:1.High school students have a higher perception of learning style preferences, and the most preferred is the tactile and auditory style. There are significant differences between sex and grade. In visual, auditory and tactile dimensions, boys are significantly higher than girls. There is no difference in sex between others dimensions, but there are differences between grades and achievement.2.High school students can better use the English reading strategies, and basically at a moderate level. There are gender differences in the dimensions of compensation, emotion, and social strategy, and male higher than female. There aredifferences in performance in meta-cognitive,compensatory,the perception style of high school students, and the high group are superior to the low group. There are no differences in grade.3.The high school students' perceptual learning styles have an effect on English reading strategies. And there is a predictive effect on reading strategies in visual, auditory, tactile and individual styles.
