In the knowledge economy society, the university has been entered into the center of the society, affecting all aspects of the society, such as economy, technology, politics, culture and military. Due to the influences of the university and our governments support for higher education, which has a rapid expansion in the size. Faced with this situation, many scholars have questioned the quality of higher education, and the researches about the classroom environments will become hot. Researches about teaching and learning environment in the last 30 years in education had become a striking hot field research in the field of sociology and psychology. Researchers in the past had lay the learning process in a very important position, they explained students’ academic success from the inner psychological quality to the steering oriented learning environment, because the students’ learning environment will affect the student attitudes, emotions, behavior, performance, and self-awareness. The study of teaching and learning environment aimed to reveal the relationship between classroom environment and student learning achievement. Among them, the inquiry of relations between the classroom environment and students’ cognitive, emotional development is an important research study, which has made many achievements. This study is a case study of Northeast Normal University public political class, and then glimpse the learning environment in the Political College Classroom, and explore the impact on students’ learning style.In this study, a survey of public and political status, D University classroom environment and the way students learn, the survey is based on the 2013 undergraduates in D.According to the teaching style and the entire classroom environment created by the political class,the D politics class will be divided into traditional public classroom and a new classroom. Research questions are as follows: 1.What’s the differences between the traditional political public classroom environment and the new public and political characteristics? 2. What’s the differences between the traditional political class and the new public and political class of college students learning styles? 3. What’s the two different types of public and political class teaching environment effects on college students’ political discipline study way.The study found that:(1) D University undergraduate public perception of politics class teaching environment is in good condition overall, but the new political class is better than the traditional classroom in general.(2)Due to differences between classroom learning environment,Northeast Normal University undergraduates’ learning style is also different. To be specific, the performance of the new public and political class in deep learning scores than the surface approach to learning, and in traditional classroom learning to score the surface than deep learning.(3) The relationship between classroom teaching and learning environment in terms of the way: whether the new public political class, or traditional public and political class teaching environment, organization and implementation of political courses, teacher and student assessment and feedback into three dimensions. Students in deep learning style have significant positive correlation with the students’ learning motivation,while students in surface learning style have passive motivation.Environments for the higher school students will help the students to be a deeper learning style, thus contributing to enhance students’ learning achievement,which is an important breakthrough to improve the teaching and learning quality of the universities’ politics class.
